We stayed for 3 nights, Hotel staff arranged a separate bed for my 9 year old which made it quite convenient for us. Bathroom is quite small however functional with good quality toiletries. Breakfast spread was good, but staying 3 consecutive days made it little monotonous for us, however at the end we were satisfied with the variety and quality they offered, staff is very friendly and busy with refills of the items promptly. Best part is the location, it is within the walking distance from all the city center attractions. Parking is little cramped but safe and comparatively cheaper (20 EUR per night), pay attention to the instructions for the parking as there are two separate entrances and only through one (left side) the lift to Novotel is accessible.

Nothing that we disliked, just a tip - request for City/ Canal view rooms as the back side views are not that great

Room was lovely size - set up for the family of 4 upon arrival - have no complaints about the room or the service at all.

No complaints for the hotel but the surrounding area felt a bit dodgy at night and the car park (public) was very narrow...make sure you go in the right entrance for the hotel otherwise you have to lug your suitcases up the stairs (mistake we made - not the hotels fault)

The location is very nice and there is a garage below the hotel.

The hotel uses portable baby cots, but they don't have baby mattresses. This is really something that upset me. When I asked them why there is no baby mattress, I got the answer that involved hygienic reasons. This is not the answer that makes much sense. The baby mattress is ~50eur + waterproof sheet 10eur max. For 200eur a night I would expect to have a baby mattress in a cot. Also, the Garage entrance/exit is a bit confusing especially if you take -2 level in the garage.

Lobbie was so good as well as luggage service. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was almost perfect!

Check in is not standardised. We were 3 families and all had different approach. One family paid 150eur deposit, received 1 room card and got a gift for their 11 years old child. The other family paid 200eur deposit, no gift for child and received 1 room card. 3rd family paid 200eur deposit, no gift for child, 2 room cards.

A great hotel, so close tp the city center.No need for tram, just a walking distance to every sight of the city. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed and the pillows so comfortable for a good rest. A good working air-condition, so impostatnt, since Strasbourg had high temperatures those days. Also a small, very small , fridge, The windows opens a bit, for fresh air . A shopping mall right next to the hotel where you can find a super market, if needed. Also a tram stop , outside the hotel, for easy access , just 2 stops, to the train station. And the staff always polite and helpfull. All in all, a convinient stay in the city center.

The room was spacious so the mini fridge could be bigger. Only space for 2-3 bottles. Really tiny. Also the variety of the breakfast could be better and the quality. The "sweet" selection, did not gave me the impression of home made. It would be nice if every 2-3 days had new additions. I stayed there for 8 nights, and the breakfast was just the same. Also, since you pay for a 4 star hotel, you expect some amenities, like slippers or shower cup, iron table etc. Little things that make your stay more "luxury" and kinda justify the amount of money you pay for a 4 statr hotel

I very much like the location of this hotel, with a public underground parking giving you direct access to the hotel. So convenient when arriving by car. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the breakfast as usual was great.

I found the bed too soft, and the towels a bit scratchy, clearly they need replacing. But these are minor points which wouldn't undermine our overall satisfaction.

The dinner on the restaurant was great! The breakfast was delicious, all the staff even on the bar is very nicely and friendly Very nice place to stay with kids, The location is excellent near of everything and you have a really great mall on the ground floor.

Could be more variety on the breakfast. The parking space -2 is don't have elevator, so need use the stairs with all bags. So will be nice to have this information to park on the -1. And the sofa bed is not very comfortable.

The hotel is 1 tram stop from the Main railway station, and opposite the tram stop. Excellent position for exploring Strasbourg. Also beside the shopping centre.

Not a problem, but a very busy hotel.

Good location, right in the shopping mall, close to the city center spots. Good breakfast. Good Ksumi Tea in the room.

Low quality shower amenities (mixed with water?), no body lotion. No any glass cups for tea, only paper.

Centrally located, sparkling clean and comfortable room. Restaurant in the lobby and shopping center annexed to hotel.

A little nexpresso machine will be a welcome addition to an otherwise well thought out room.
