The staff were very friendly (Big thanks to Margot). We were able to book in at nearly midnight after a flight cancellation, everything went smoothly despite the lack of notice by us. The room a very large, comfortable, has good television (plenty of English channels) and amenities. They allowed us to have food delivered from outside, even warming this up when it arrived cold. Thanks.

No restaurant. The hotel is in North Strasbourg and feels like a hotel for business users. There is nothing around the area. Access is really only for car users.

We used B&B hotels for the first time. Will definitely recommend B&B Hotel Strasbourg. Great staff, lovely tea/coffee (Nespresso) in the room. Spacious room/bathroom. Love the fact they do "green" (protecting the environment). Do log in online and become a B&me (membership).

Nothing. It is little out of the center of town, so you need transport/bus to get to town. Please note after Strasbourg we stayed at other B&B Hotel and the standards were not as good as Strasbourg.

The room was very comfortable, with air conditioning, and had free parking on the hotel grounds. The staff were all very nice and helpful when needed. Breakfast was lovely with a nice view. There are no shops close by, but it was a pleasant approx 15 min walk to the supermarkets and fast food outlets.

Satellite Navigation instructions to enter the car park (especially for international visitors driving to the hotel) were complicated and we had to drive around the block to find the entrance. A note about how to access the driveway would be helpful.

Very chic feel clean modern great staff and facilities free parking leading us to book further bb hotels

I made coffee only to find lipstick on the expresso cup and had to go to reception to rectify this . Booking further bb hotels turned out to be a minefield of star ratings , no two same ratings were close to the same and very disappointing. Not sure it would be a first choice again at all . Real shame because this hotel was outstanding.

Really nice hotel, perfect to stay a couple of days with the kids. You can safely park your car, the staff is very friendly, you can enjoy a nice drink at the bar and it is really nice to go for a walk around the lake.

The only thing I missed there was a restaurant for dinner but there is one 5 minutes away, by foot.

It was good in general

On the last day at breakfast I noticed the untidy behavior of a woman. The 1st coffee ran, the 2nd cup was ready. Meanwhile a woman came with her daughter and placed her own plate of muesli (she had capuchino to make muesli) over my cup and she helped herself. Without saying anything, even though I was standing there. Yes, only the important button on the coffee machine was translated and temporarily stuck on the machine. The woman had panicked and that was uncomfortable for me.

The hotel is very comfortable and clean. Easy to reach the city center by bus (+ eventually tram from the train station). Perfect mattress, large shower with good water flow. Wifi works fine. Free parking in the hotel. Helpfull and friendly stuff. I would recommend it.

The weather was very hot outside and the air conditioning worked perfectly, so that we had to put the (heavy) blanket on while sleeping. During the night the temperature of the room increased quite a lot or maybe the blanket was too heavy so we woke up sweating more than once.

New clean hotel with new furnishings, friendly staff were helpful in check in and printing out documents for me, good location next to one of the campuses for Univ. Strasbourg

Breakfast was an extra cost, hotel was at a distance from the city center and needed to take a cab to get to the train station.

I recently stayed at the B&B HOTEL Strasbourg Nord Schiltigheim Lac with my family and overall, we had a great experience. The hotel is located in a beautifu business area with a lake and greenery, and the spacious (free of charg parking equipped with charging stations was a great convenience. Location is perfect for visiting Strasbourg when you have a car or for travelers using Strasse airport. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we appreciated the pet-friendly policy of the hotel. The reception staff was also professional and helpful. Overall, I would highly recommend the B&B HOTEL Strasbourg Nord Schiltigheim Lac for its location, design, and professionalism of the staff. However, I hope that the hotel can elevate its breakfast in the future to match the quality of the rest of the experience.

The breakfast was a bit of a disappointment. While B&B promotes a great new breakfast served on roof top, it did not live up to our expectations. We had to wait 30 minutes to get any croissants or other sweets, and the only eggs offered were scrambled eggs from a bottle, with no fried eggs available. The coffee machine made undrinkable, tasteless coffee, which was surprising since the coffee in the room was much better from the Nespresso machine. There were no standard milk alternatives provided, even upon request, which was a letdown. At the very least, non-lactose milk should be a standard alternative. The orange juice was also watery and not up to par.

Located in a new modern area with a large parking, ev charger for free. The hotel is very modern, clean and luxurious. Staff is friendly and supportive. Rooms are very large and confortable, well fitted with everything for a 4 star. Beds are large and confy, bathrooms big and nice. A special bravo for the breakfast served at the 5 floor with a nice view and a large teracce. The products are very good high quality and diversified. The experience overall is outstanding. There is nothing wich can make you not to give a 10.
