Great location, very peaceful part of the city, good parking and pleasant garden area to sit by the lake.

The room was not entirely prepared when we arrived, poor staff member tried to open the sofa bed twice her size and rush to bring beddings, while this was going on we found some broken glass around the other bed. BUT - staff were amazing in fixing the issue, very kindly offered a different room setup which suited us perfectly! The entire issue was solved in no time at all!

It’s not in the city centre and ideal if you have a car as there’s quite a big parking space in a quiet area. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

It’s an old hotel so morning light shines through the window easily. There’s no technical personnel to change a flikering light bulb though the Receptionist tried but it was not possible.

We took a rather long trip through central and western Europe and stayed in two other Holiday Inn hotels, but this is the only one that pre-charged a damage fee of 150eur on top of the room fee. Even though the receptionist said that the additional fee was going to be refunded by the end of the day we left, it did not happen. This is a very unpleasant policy - the hotel has info about our payment card and can charge a damage fee afterwards should anything go wrong. Also, do consider placing mosquito net on the windows. There were plenty of mosquitos standing on our window, and we could not open it during the entire stay.

As usual, the staff and the hotel are up to the standards of the chain. excellent. there is a hugh difference between the lake side rooms and the parking side rooms. the best are the lake side rooms, where there is less noise. I particularly like the kettle allowing you to have a nice infusion when you arrive late by night.

Well, the negative part of this hotel is the price of breakfast. is too expensive and has not changed for years. I advice to have breakfast or brunch outside of the hotel.

Spacious room with comfortable beds including hard and soft pillows. Clean and well-furnished. Good breakfast.

The wooden floor in the shower was not tightly in place, so it moved/shaked a little when stepping on it. The placement of the shower on the wall was too low for my taste. Breakfast was nice. The only aspect that could have been better is that the Tropicana multifruit juice dispenser was empty at around 7:20.

Large room, one king size bed and one queen size bed (we were three). Clean and confortable. Good breakfast with large choice of food, including some fresh vegetables

Only negative point the bathroom door, a sliding door closing either the wardrobe or the bathroom was not really closing the room, which is not ideal for a bathroom.

It was okay for a one night sleepover. Breakfast was good. Clean room and bathroom. You can even get the room with a view to the lake which was nice. Pleasant staff. Big parking that had available spots even late evening.

There was a bit weird and unpleasant smell in our room.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn and I can’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met. At the reception it was a guy named Quentin who had answer for everything. The rooms were very comfortable! Everything was OK!

The room was clean, spacious and well organized with furniture. With the lake view, it was perfect . The bed was comfortable. Bathroom Ok! Towels more than enough! Lobby was extremely beautiful with the lake view. Beautiful restaurant with delicious food for reasonable prices.

Breakfast was rich but not well organized.
