Size and comfort of room. Nice hot water and good water pressure in shower. Quiet. Grocery store across the street.

Nothing really. The only tip I'd offer future guests is, if you're driving, be sure to check in and get your keycard before parking in the garage. When you enter through property, you can park in front of the hotel to get checked in then go down to the garage. Whenever you leave and come back to the hotel, be sure to use the SECOND entrance so your car is at the best angle for inserting your keycard. Otherwise, you'll be too far away from the reader and will have to get out of your car!

The room was spacious and had all the necessities. Both the bathroom and room were comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we also really liked the restaurant at dinner. The staff was friendly and nice. And we enjoyed the spa area very much.

I didn't get why we had to pay to access the spa when we were already clients of the hotel. Access to the car park was a bit tricky. And finally, we found the curtains to not be very clean at all, which I feel like shouldn't happen in a 4* hotel.

Small amount of fuss finding the place - iPhone maps tried to take us through a dead end - but when we arrived my daughter and I were really impressed and happy with the place. Very pleasant welcome and clear instructions on where to park and how to get to our excellent (and huge! - I think we were upgraded) room / apartment. The pool / spa was amazing, we spent an hour and a half just swimming and relaxing there after we had checked out on Day 2. Fantastic value for money.

The bus, tram, and metro connections were excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The location isn’t far from the city, which was a big plus. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. I booked the pool, and it was exclusively reserved for us, which made for an amazing experience. Tea and coffee were provided, and I even got to cook my noodles. Having a McDonald’s just across the street was super convenient as well.

The breakfast service closes at 10 AM, so if you wake up late, there’s nothing available. I had to wait until 11 or 11:30 AM for the restaurant or bar to reopen just to grab a coffee or something to eat, which was inconvenient.

We had a wonderful stay at Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg during our trip to Strasbourg. The hotel is extremely professional, clean, and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We stayed in a studio-style room equipped with a kitchen, which had everything we needed for a relaxed and independent stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We arrived by car and appreciated the convenient parking options. There are both open and closed parking areas, and we opted for the secure underground garage. It was easy to access and felt very safe. One of the highlights for us was the charging stations for electric vehicles—a big plus for EV drivers! Although the hotel is slightly outside the city center, it’s located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which we really enjoyed. There are bus stops nearby, making it simple to get into the city. Supermarkets are also within walking distance. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations. Since we didn’t get to see all of Strasbourg this time, we’re already planning a longer visit—and we will definitely stay at Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg again!

Good modern large hotel outskirts of Salzburg went for the larger studio double well worth the money great room everything you could want and more huge tv kitchen area etc Underground Free yes Free secure parking !!! did not have time to use or check out the pool good outside area at the front of the hotel with soft seating to enjoy on a balmy night

restaurant was unappealing and seemed to lack any atmosphere so we ate at the holiday inn up the road instead first contact with reception was less than cordial a rather sultry young woman who seemed curt to say the least maybe at the end of her shift !!! The breakfast on offer also looked unappealing especially at 18 euros each so again we chose to eat elsewhere

Nice clean hotel at the border between Straatsburg and Oberhausbergen. Quiet area with nearby supermarkets and public transport. Spacious apartments with well-equipped kitchen, free underground parking.

Receptionists provided controversial information about the open hours of the swimming pool. We could not go there with children in the evening when we originally planned. Swimming pool itself was very nice. In the morning it was almost empty.

Excellent hotel with quality facilities. We enjoyed having a comfy bed and small kitchenette. The massage lady was excellent, as was the sauna and pool access. Staff at reception were mostly kind and friendly, particularly a couple of the young men who were very helpful with my husband and I asking questions. Underground parking is easy to navigate and included in hotel booking, it is secure and requires a card. We did unfortunately see one car with damage from another guest opening a car door, but were lucky to avoid this with our rental! There is a Lidl close by, but do note most places are not open Sundays and we ended up in a local area for groceries and a hot chicken. We were also able to do washing in the machine for a reasonable price. The bar at the front door is excellent and the bloke working there was kind and helpful, we ordered food one night and the pizza was very good (as was the Christmas beer!). They also had the football on the TV which was good to watch. Breakfast was okay, not the best we've had, but it filled the hole.

The restaurant was a bit disappointing, the service was increasingly slow and by the end it seemed they had forgotten our dessert and served multiple tables that arrived after us, so we left before dessert was served...Perhaps we didn't seem wealthy enough to be given the save service? So we went to the Eiffel Tower for dinner instead (highly recommend!) Location was not ideal and suited us only because we had a car, whilst there is a train close by we noted it was extremely busy most of the day and evening and the trip into town is 30-45 minutes.

The facilities where very nice and clean. Morden, great value for money.

We got 2 toilet paper rolls which were about a quarter left over each. That is a bit unacceptable if you've booked yourself into a hotel only to get left over toilet paper from a couple of rooms. The bed kept separating, so if you're using two single mattresses it's best to use a connector to avoid inconveniencing the guests. Also that the spa was not included in the booking. It is wild to me, to be expected to pay extra for spa(sauna, hamamm and swimming pool) when you're an guest spending the weekend there.

The breakfast at the Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg is exceptional, offering a diverse and high-quality selection that caters to various tastes, from fresh pastries to hearty hot dishes. The hotel’s location is ideal, with easy access to key landmarks like the European Parliament and Strasbourg’s city center, making it perfect for exploring the area. In addition to its prime location, the hotel features excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, workout room, sauna, and spa, providing guests with a well-rounded stay for both relaxation and fitness. While the atmosphere is modern, it could benefit from some updates, particularly in lighting. The staff is attentive and friendly, ensuring that guests feel well taken care of throughout their stay. Overall, the Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg offers a great combination of food, location, amenities, and service.

Very minor and insignificant and just a personal preferance, the lighting at the Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg could use some improvement. A more thoughtful balance of ambient and task lighting could enhance the atmosphere, creating a warmer and more comfortable environment for guests.
