Size and comfort of room. Nice hot water and good water pressure in shower. Quiet. Grocery store across the street.

Nothing really. The only tip I'd offer future guests is, if you're driving, be sure to check in and get your keycard before parking in the garage. When you enter through property, you can park in front of the hotel to get checked in then go down to the garage. Whenever you leave and come back to the hotel, be sure to use the SECOND entrance so your car is at the best angle for inserting your keycard. Otherwise, you'll be too far away from the reader and will have to get out of your car!

The room was spacious and had all the necessities. Both the bathroom and room were comfortable. Breakfast was great, and we also really liked the restaurant at dinner. The staff was friendly and nice. And we enjoyed the spa area very much.

I didn't get why we had to pay to access the spa when we were already clients of the hotel. Access to the car park was a bit tricky. And finally, we found the curtains to not be very clean at all, which I feel like shouldn't happen in a 4* hotel.

Small amount of fuss finding the place - iPhone maps tried to take us through a dead end - but when we arrived my daughter and I were really impressed and happy with the place. Very pleasant welcome and clear instructions on where to park and how to get to our excellent (and huge! - I think we were upgraded) room / apartment. The pool / spa was amazing, we spent an hour and a half just swimming and relaxing there after we had checked out on Day 2. Fantastic value for money.

The bus, tram, and metro connections were excellent, making it very convenient to get around. The location isn’t far from the city, which was a big plus. The staff were incredibly sweet and accommodating. I booked the pool, and it was exclusively reserved for us, which made for an amazing experience. Tea and coffee were provided, and I even got to cook my noodles. Having a McDonald’s just across the street was super convenient as well.

The breakfast service closes at 10 AM, so if you wake up late, there’s nothing available. I had to wait until 11 or 11:30 AM for the restaurant or bar to reopen just to grab a coffee or something to eat, which was inconvenient.

This hotel was a fantastic find. Set just outside the city, it offered a quiet atmosphere while still being only a short drive into the center. Having free car parking with EV charging made traveling with my electric car effortless, and the convenience really added to the stay. The breakfast was generous and varied, with fresh pastries, local cheeses, eggs, and plenty of fruit, all served in a relaxed and welcoming setting. Our room was not only spacious and comfortable but also included a kitchenette, which made it easy to prepare small meals or snacks during longer stays. Overall, it’s the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and practicality—ideal for anyone visiting by car, especially EV drivers.

Overall a nice place to stay. Located bit outside of Strasbourg city centre, in a quite residential area. Across the hotel, supermarkt, fast food restaurants etc are available. The hotel is modern. The room is spacious with a nice and big bathroom/shower. Also available a small kitchen area with fridge, stove, kitchen utensils. The bed is big and comfortable and the decoration of the room modern. Restaurant in the ground floor serves for breakfast and dinner. The breakfast is European style breakfast and is ok. The hotel has a spa area with swimming pool, sauna and Turkish Hamam and nice to relax for some time. The access is limited to 2 hours and a fee is charged. In the basement of the hotel, free parking is available

The city centre can be accessed via public services however at least requires 2 changes. So at the end I took my own car to drive to the city centre for Sightseeing. The hotel parking is easy accessible and many places available, but was quite full quickly.

The breakfast was great, fresh, varied, and a good start to the day. The kitchenette was well equipped, which made it easy to prepare small meals. Strong water pressure in the shower, which is always appreciated. The space inside the apartment was generous and comfortable. Convenient parking options, both inside and outside the property.

The spa is paid by the hour, and unfortunately, it didn’t feel worth the extra cost. An alarm went off during our stay, apparently this happens regularly, and while the staff didn’t seem concerned, I found it unsettling that it’s considered normal. The location is quite far from the city centre, so it’s not ideal if you’re planning to walk or rely on public transport frequently.

Fantastic Stay – Great Value and Perfect Location! I had an amazing experience during my stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making check-in quick and easy. The location is nice – close to everything you could need, with easy access to public transport, local attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made getting around so convenient and really added to the enjoyment of my trip. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and attention to detail. The facilities were top-notch too – from the spa to the relaxing lounge areas and on-site dining options, everything was well-maintained and designed for comfort. Considering the quality of the service and amenities, this hotel offers incredible value for money. I truly felt like I got more than what I paid for. Highly recommended! I’ll definitely be coming back.

We had a wonderful stay at Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg during our trip to Strasbourg. The hotel is extremely professional, clean, and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. We stayed in a studio-style room equipped with a kitchen, which had everything we needed for a relaxed and independent stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. We arrived by car and appreciated the convenient parking options. There are both open and closed parking areas, and we opted for the secure underground garage. It was easy to access and felt very safe. One of the highlights for us was the charging stations for electric vehicles—a big plus for EV drivers! Although the hotel is slightly outside the city center, it’s located in a very quiet and peaceful area, which we really enjoyed. There are bus stops nearby, making it simple to get into the city. Supermarkets are also within walking distance. Honestly, there was nothing to complain about. Everything exceeded our expectations. Since we didn’t get to see all of Strasbourg this time, we’re already planning a longer visit—and we will definitely stay at Citadines Eurometropole Strasbourg again!

Good modern large hotel outskirts of Salzburg went for the larger studio double well worth the money great room everything you could want and more huge tv kitchen area etc Underground Free yes Free secure parking !!! did not have time to use or check out the pool good outside area at the front of the hotel with soft seating to enjoy on a balmy night

restaurant was unappealing and seemed to lack any atmosphere so we ate at the holiday inn up the road instead first contact with reception was less than cordial a rather sultry young woman who seemed curt to say the least maybe at the end of her shift !!! The breakfast on offer also looked unappealing especially at 18 euros each so again we chose to eat elsewhere
