Good location, 1 stop away from the train station and 2 stops from city centre. You need to walk around 5-7 mins from tram stop to the hotel. Also the hotel is very warm, clean and nice. Bathroom was exceptionally clean. Comfortable pillows and mattress.

I was given a room with a view on cemetery without any prior notice/questions, since I stayed one night one, I did not ask for a change, but if stayed more, I would. Please mind that in case you don't feel comfortable to have such view. Also, I felt for this price tag they could've included breakfast, but assume those rates are increased for Christmas period.

Lovely and helpful staff, good location. What a great idea for the luggage carts. Carts that roll easily and are manageable!

Feedback In the first room we were unable to turn off the lighted headboard. While interesting it is very bright. We were kindly moved by the staff. The staff nor us did not know what the two switches at the entry were for. The breakfast was very continental, there were no fresh eggs or bacon and no one seemed to be eating the sausage which looked hot dogs. So it was a was a bit pricey and disappointing, Excellent yogurt Overall one site says you are a 4 star hotel and others a 3 star hotel. That is how I felt about this hotel, undecided in your operations and services.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Tram and within walking distance of Petite France. Additionally, the Botanical Garden is across the street.

The wall-mounted soap dispenser for handwashing ran out after our first day. Although the staff refilled it, squeezing the dispenser to get soap out was awkward, especially with arthritis in my hands. While the concept was interesting, the design didn’t work well for us. The bed pillows were rather uncomfortable and the lighting concept was a bit awkward as well.

More or less everything was on point - the room, the cleanliness, the tidiness, the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The room was a good size, it was spotless, and the wifi and the number of plug sockets were excellent. the breakfast was plentiful and the various things on offer were regularly replenished. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. The hotel was near to a tram stop which was a couple of minutes from the Gare Centrale and 10 minutes from the city centre

There really wasn't anything I could fault with the hotel itself. There weren't any places to eat or buy stuff in the immediate locale, but you're a stop away from the main station on the tram, which has more or less everything

Clean close to the tram station for travel to the tourist attraction, 15min walk to train station, room had a Kettle for tea and coffee making, air conditioning worked well, shower was good easy access. Great Kabab shop within 5 min walk. Breakfast was very good as it was buffet style it did cost €13 each but as we made good use of the food on offer we saved on lunch..

Only cups provided were paper, hold about 150mls of fluid and were encased in plastic… had to use them doubled to prevent burning your hands. Toilet was very close to the wall, if your suffer mobility issues this may be of concern.

Our room was sparkling clean, bright and fresh looking. The décor of the whole building appeals. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The tram into the city centre is very nearby and a great way to travel. The breakfast was good.

It is very difficult on arrival to find somewhere to park the car while checking in. Both free and paid parking are a good walk away. The saddest thing for me is I left a dress hanging in the cupboard, and although I asked about it on the day of checkout I was told it wasn’t there.

The receptionists were always so helpful. It is close to the tram stop that takes you to the centre. Like a 5 minute walk. Note this means you will need to spend extra to go to the train station every day. The room was good. Clean. Bed were made everyday. The shower worked. Toilet paper and towels were provided. Truly content with room. Enough space to open my luggage. Multiple lights and power sockets. Two lifts. Everything works but card. Area felt safe as a solo female traveler in August till 9 pm (I wasn't out after so I cannot say for after). Bed was comfy, shower was good. Honestly I'd stay here again.

Like I said you do need to purchase more tickets to get here. If you have a heavy luggage it feels a little extra whaha. Not a lot of stores nor restaurants around unless you go to the centre. But it's a good location never the less. The room doesn't have a fridge. You can reserve one for a night for ten euros ..but you need to tell them in advance.

The staff is kind, the room was clean and the location is great, being close to a tram station that allows you to easily get to the Christmas markets.

The bed was a little uncomfortable with the pillows being too thick. Also, the window was very poorly isolated and you could feel the cold getting in, even if you kept it shut. The room felt colder that what the thermostat was showing.

Everything was wonderful, very clean and comfortable. It is a very nice hotel in a good location in Strasbourg (just one stop away from Gare and 3 stops to get close to Petite France). It is very good value for money. I highly recommend it.

Over the phone we were told that we would be able to check in earlier (at 14:00), but in the end we waited in the hotel lobby and the room wasn't ready in time not even for the normal check in (at 15:00). That was a small inconvenience for our day, nothing major.

The receptionist was helpful and informative. Helped with luggage storage and directions to the center. The room and facilities are all good. Location close to tram for easy access to the city.

Breakfast. Food fine. Layout of the serving area surprisingly small and congested. It is hard to access food with other people in such a confined area. Made the breakfast experience frustrating. The thinking behind the design should be rethought. And then knock a wall down here or there.
