Inconspicuous from the outside, the hotel and it‘s room was beautiful in the inside; modern establishment, especially the bathroom and the wellness area were a highlight. Choice and food quality at the breakfast was outstanding! It’s a pity we only stayed for one night.

Not very much to mention. The room size could be bigger and the space between bed and wall to walk is quite narrow, respectively. But that was no big deal.

Highly clean hotel, with very comfortable room and nice bathroom with waterfall shower. Option of using spa facilities, including beautiful ‘starlight’ pool, sauna and steam room. Nice outdoor patio area, to enjoy eating breakfast. Less than 10 minute walk from train station, and approximately 20 minute walk from ‘old town’ of Strasbourg.

Nothing. Only suggestion would be the availability of a water / ice dispenser in the lobby or floor corridors for guests to use, like we have seen in other IHG properties. This is especially useful in very hot weather.

The room was large with a balcony, it was very spacious and clean and also had a double sink and large shower. The breakfast was really nice with plenty of availability and choice.

The TV in the bedroom did offer the availability to "cast" so that we could watch films on our Netflix account, it did not work. The maintenance guy did try to repair but again it failed. There was not enough tea or coffee for 2 people in the room, and for the cost of 590 euro's per night, you would think that would be better. The staff in the bar were not very attentive as I stood waiting to be served for nearly 15 mins, only for the bar tender to walk away. There were limited drinks available on the bar as well.

Didn’t have breakfast,as we explored the city from early morning. Staff were very friendly.

The Air Conditioner was hard to control & subsequently the room stayed too warm throughout the night. After speaking to staff,we were informed it couldn’t be set any lower. Very disappointing as this led to a bad nights sleep.Location was good for access to the train station but I thought the area was a bit run down & wasn’t vibrant. Seems to be a lot of poor people living around the area.

Really comfortable beds, quiet location and a fabulous breakfast with lots of options. Close to the city centre and cathedral, with a 15 minute walk in. Its location was also useful for train travel being just over a 5 minute walk to the station. The staff were very helpful keeping our luggage secure on our check out day.

Our room was warm even with the air conditioning on, the controls only gave a maximum +/-3°c rather than an actual temperature. The window was open when we arrived, which helped a lot but it was closed and locked during our stay. The reception team refused to reopen it stating safe issues. Odd it was open to start with.

Room was good and location is perfect,near everything you need for short stay in city.

The restaurant menu had limited options, and unfortunately, our main course arrived before we had even finished our starters. The service did not meet the standards of a four-star hotel, as the waitstaff were unprofessional and failed to inform us about unavailable dishes from the already small menu. Additionally, the pool area had a maximum capacity of only 10 people, making it difficult to enjoy at our preferred time due to prior reservations.

Location was excellent, 15-20 minute walk to Old Town, to train station, many restaurants and large shopping mall . Facility in general was clean and bright. Room was modern albeit a little small. It was amazingly quiet even though it was one street from train tracks. For us, bed and pillows were comfortable and bathroom was bright and spacious. The fitness room is small and sparsely equipped but it met my needs.

Our standard room has very little storage space. We left our clothes in the carry-on luggage throughout our stay. Per front desk, the mini refrigerator in room was purposely turned off so there was no possibility to chill water, and fruits.

I had an amazing stay, above the expectations I had. Room was big, comfortable, great lighting, best sleep during my stay in France. I really wish I stayed longer and took advantage of the spa area. On top of that, the staff were very nice. I would definitely stay here again if I return.

The location - on one hand very close and convienent down the street from the train station. Not exactly in the main part of town, but also still very close to walk to everything just something to keep in mind, but didn't impact my stay in any way.

Great design of the rooms and hotel. Perfect SPA area with unique atmosphere (you won’t use the pool for swimming even it is relatively big - the relaxing mood in SPA in combination with super warm water makes it feel like big jacuzzi) Well trained and supportive staff Separate appreciation for the breakfast - focus is made on quality of the food and you feel it. Our room had a terrace on railroad side so you can enjoy watching the trains passing; with the door closed no sound or railroad at all (if I understood correctly superior queen room has a railroad view and king one has a city view) The city centre within 10min walking distance

you may face a lack of storage places inside the room if you are not travelling light or have a child with you.

Not too far from the train station which made arriving and departing a breeze. The included breakfast was delicious! The rooms spacious and the staff very helpful. There were a lot of amenities available as well: bar, pool, sauna, workout room etc.

We left our luggage for a partial day after checkout before leaving and upon leaving our items they were placed in a locked store room. When we went to pick them up they were sitting in a pile along with other’s things in the corner of the lobby. I was disheartened by that as someone could have swiped our stuff really easily. Otherwise our stay was great.
