The room was nice. Enough space. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Great cosmetics (Nuxe). Location is great, there is a river and alleys along it. It's in a walking distance from the very center. We struggled a bit to find the entrance to the garage by car. Google maps navigator just doesn't work around that area and there is one-way traffic on the streets around. We parked nearby, asked reception to open the gates, got they key for it to open ourselves. Parking space is nice, it was convenient to park there. Breakfast was fine.

The faucet above the sink in the bathroom is too short and too close to the sink, it looked like it's made for very small hands, the water was just pouring on the floor.

Well-located, still in the city center but in quiet neighbourhood. Walking distance to the old town, but if you need travel by tram or bus, stops are close to the hotel. Very friendly, customer-oriented staff. Well-organized buffett breakfast with wide choice dishes ( as it’s quite boutique hotel, breakfast room is a little bit limited but you are asked about your favourite breakfast time - in order to avoid crowd at the same time downstairs). Room is well-equipped with min-bar, coffee machine, very comfortable beds with high quality linen. Air-con is efficient and works properly. Should you like natural air, you can still open windows/balcony.

For us, there was nothing that could bother us. Two points that others could complain- no electric kettle in a room (but still tea was available at the reception), creaking floor - it is quite usual in buildings of this age and type.

This is a cute boutique hotel in the center of the city, just off the tourist grid. You can easily walk to everything. The cathedral is just a few blocks away. Notably, the front reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Some reviews mentioned the room size was small, but it was actually larger than I thought it would be from reading that. We had enough space to fit our luggage

The buffet space in the breakfast buffet was a bit cramped, this is only minor though, it’s a boutique hotel after all. We will stay again next time we are in town.

Very good breakfast, comfy bed and a great sauna. Kind and attentive staff, especially Christine who was doing the night shifts, many thanks for being so positive! Short walk from the station or old town, bus stop to the EP or to the station 2 min walk away. Overall, a very good option for a short stay in Strasbourg.

There was no view at all from my room (you see the next building with no windows - but it didn’t bother me as I was away all day. The room was quite small, which might not be comfortable if you spend time during the day or need to work there for longer.

The hotel and the rooms are exceptionally clean. The staff is very polite and helpful. We felt safe and welcome. The rooms are good, but small. We were surprised that the toilet is separate from the rest of the bathroom, but still comfortable. The daily housekeeping made sure everything was clean, maybe even too clean. The sauna is a nice addition.

The breakfast, although plentiful, was the same every day. We stayed for 6 nights, and felt that a little variety would be good. The gym is super small and there were no yoga mats. The floor is super rugged so the experience from a morning workout is terrible. :/

This hotel is close to the convention center so it was an easy walk. The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The room was nice and we would definitely return.

We had two hotel rooms, one was extremely hot and we couldn’t get the temperature to turn down. However, we never alerted the hotel staff so they may have been able to fix it. Also, there was mold, growing around the window in the shower in the bathroom. Some of the moldings look like they had been wet and we’re pulling away from the wall. But overall these are small things that can be remedied, we were actually rather happy with this hotel.

This is a great hotel, in the city center but removed from some of the bigger tourist attractions. It is still very walkable to anything in the city you'd like to see but nice and quiet at night. We were traveling with our dog and they made a point to ask for her name ahead of arrival and had a cute dog bowl set up with a treat in the room and a name card. Everything was very comfortable and the bath items were luxurious as they used Nuxe (if you know you know). We also had parking on site which was an extra fee but much easier to park here than further in the city. I would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great! I wouldn't change anything except maybe that the dog and parking fees could be lower. Other than that, I think everything was very reasonable.

This hotel is located just across the River from the historic center, so all of Strasbourg’s attractions are close by. We were delighted by our spacious room; it was on the top floor, under the gabled roof, with big bed, big sofa, large bathroom, and lots of skylight windows. It was a bit like a nice city studio. The breakfast room is not terribly large, but the options were plenty and appropriate. The front desk staff were personable and helpful. Garage parking was available. A very comfortable hotel for a stay in Strasbourg.

The location is just great. There’s also parking available though that is an extra charge. The room was lovely with a comfortable bed and shower. A separate loo is always a plus. I loved the balcony as well. The mini bar was well stocked there was also a coffee machine. The reception team were wonderful and so helpful when we were struggling with ordering taxis. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

My only slight negative and I am being picky here would be the passage between the hotel and the car park is a little dark but the light does come on eventually otherwise no complaints at all.

Spacious, clean room with a comfortable bed, Nuxe toiletries, bathrobe, and slippers. The toilet and bathroom are separate, with sliding doors. Lots of breakfast options, a short walk to the centre, friendly staff, and a small spa area. Note: nude sauna!
