Great location, even though parking was limited the receptionist gave us lots of advice on the options. They responded to queries through the booking.com app nice and quickly. Windows open full + air conditioning. Great breakfast on the roof, plenty of seating. Really close to the main square, shopping, cathedral etc.

Windows do open fully so if you have adventurous children just be careful. Our rooms were next to the lift and stairs so it was a bit noisy with bangs and beeps, but in the morning we discovered there is an additional door in our room that we probably should have closed.

Hotel was at the heart of Strasbourg and aloowed easy access to the main areas. The room was a generous size with en-suite bathroom. Staff were well-informed, professional and friendly. Breakfast was good value and plentiful. Really enjoyed our two day stay. We will look forward to a return visit.

Friendly and helpful personnel, great location - walking distance from the center, spacious clean room, late check out at a very reasonable price.

Impossible to book the parking space in advance, breakfast is ok but you would expect more in terms of variety and quality.

The hotel provided an excellent experience. The two rooms were extraordinary big, the bathroom nice and clean, the view from the rooms pleasant and romantic. The location is simply perfect, within walking distance to all important sightings and experiences.

The only thing I found strange was that the hotel reserved some amount on my credit card even though we had no breakfast, there were no things to take from the room's fridge and no other services for which reserving money makes sense.

The hotel is next to the city center, at 3 minutes walking distance from a central tram station, convenient to reach any corner of the city.

The TV stopped working on the last day, and there was no signal from any of the sources (not even youtube). Breakfast was ok, but too expensive for the reduced variety and quality of the bread.

The young lady at reception appalling at explaining where the parking was it took us 3 times to find it and ask her !!!!

The location was ideal, walking distance to all the touristic points. The room was comfortable, with a nice view and clean. The parking is on the same building, so very convenient. The best was the breakfast, tasty, varied and until 11:00 AM :D Also the view from the terrace is amazing.

My only complaint is there was no elevator from the parking to the reception, you have to carry everything upstairs.

The room was quite big, quiet and the bed very comfortable. The breakfast in the top terrace was very complete and the views very nice.

A bit expensive price for the state of the hotel, needs some renovations, especially when it comes to the rooms.

Reception staff were exceptionally helpful when the battery on my motorcycle was flat. The young lady on reception that morning went ‘above & beyond’ what I expected to locate emergency equipment to get me travelling again. Thank her so much.

Excellent position very close to town centre. Clean tidy and quiet . Lovely breakfast and pleasant staff
