Location, staff, cleanliness, convenience. 10 minutes walk from the cathedral and center. 20+ restaurants in a ,5 mile radius. Good size apartment for families of four.

Underground parking is the tightest I've ever seen. Complicated parking system and navigation due to location - need to call ahead to get a code, setup a different GPS address and can only exit on certain streets to avoid city barriers.

The location is excellent very close to the markets and cathedral as well as super market Carrefour & Monoprix plus shopping center and train station. Staff are fantastic and stayed in touch with us despite our late arrival plus tried to help when I enquired about moving rooms due to noise. Also helped to find parking for our large vehicle that didn’t fit in their parking.

We were on level 3, we opened the window for fresh air overnight but there’s street noise from garbage trucks and people walking below, plus smoke from smokers standing near the front entrance. Best to request a room higher up and away from the street side if you want quieter.

Welcoming, wonderful, friendly and helpful staff, superb location. Great to have fridge/kitchen facilities as part of our accommodation. Parking beneath the hotel well worth the additional cost.

We booked the apartment with one bedroom and the a big sofa for three people. The apartment was well organised having good separation between the bedroom and the living room where the sofa was located. The apartment is well equipped with all you need to stay as a tourist, with the basic to do your own breakfast and a light food. The coffee machines at the reception were nice and free to use. The location close to the Kleber square was great. On the first floor you have a room with new towels and sheets that you can use for free.

The apartment, specially the living room was noisy, and we were able to hear people opening doors in other apartments, and people speaking. Taking into account that these apartments are mostly used by tourists, It doesn't have much sense to have a bath in the bathroom, specially taking into account that it can be a bit dangerous for old people. Nice that disposable mats are available to minimise the risk.

We had rooms with kitchenette which had hob, fridge and plenty of utensils. Room was large. Excellent bathroom. Everything very clean. Complimentary tea, coffee, hot chocolate 24 hrs. One minute walk from tram hub - Homme de Fer. We used Homme de For parking which was very well lit, felt safe and had lift to street level at Homme de Fer. In a central shopping area, close to cathedral (you MUST go to Astronomical Clock inside the Cathedral - €4 entrance. There is a fascinating half hour video explaining history of clock at midday, then clock movements at 12:30. Highlight of trip to city! 10 minute walk to the touristy Old Town and river area, through shopping streets.

There was a lot of road work taking place in this area of Strasbourg which is completely outside the hotel's control, so we could not use the hotel's car park. But alternative was only a couple of minutes walk. But it was expensive - even with hotel discount €28 a day. Think access to hotel car park will be available from late May / June. Lighting in my room was not the best, no light in area near wardrobe so difficult to see!

I chose this hotel because it said it had a washer and dryer and we were traveling for over a month. It does have two washers and one dryer on the first floor, not in your room. It is 5 euros for each load, they provide two laundry baskets for you to use. The hotel is about 6-8 blocks from the rail station, (fine to walk to for day trips by rail to Colmar, etc. but a bit far for hauling luggage), but walkable to the cathedral, restaurants etc. The bus station is only a half block away. The rooms vary in size, but have a living room, kitchen, bathroom with tub/shower combo and a bedroom. They also have an iron and ironing board in the rooms. The neighborhood seemed very safe and busy. We took a Segway tour around Strasbourg and the meeting place was right by the hotel.

There was a terrible smell in our room when we checked in and it continued to get worse, by the next day we couldn't stand the smell. We did change rooms and the smell was gone, but it was an inconvenience for us and took our valuable vacation time to do it. They were doing construction in front of the hotel so the sidewalk and streets were all torn up and they started dropping off equipment early each morning (6:00am), making it hard to sleep. You also had to carry your suitcases to the hotel unless you wanted to drag the rolling wheels through the gravel.

Hotel staff was beyond accomodating.

Heating system was challenged to keep the bedroom warm. Hotel corridors are kept at a chilly temperature, and perhaps a bit pressurized, so keeping the bedroom door shut was paramount. Also, unorthodox design philosophy relegated the bedrooms' WC to a separate room requiring passage past the kitchen to use the WC. In fact, the first thing seen upon entering the suite was the WC, then came the kitchen, and finally, the bedroom. Strange, unexpected and somewhat inefficient. It was our first time with a segregated lavatory sink & the WC. Also, the bath's handheld showerhead adjustment mechanism was damaged. My wife used a workaround to pin the showerhead against the tile, allowing fixed positioning.

The location is perfect, very close to the Strasbourg stopping center and surrounded by restaurants. We stayed in 1 bedroom apartment, 35 M2, which is enough for us and 1 baby. We have everything we needed including cooking utensils, bathtub, clean bathroom, and washing machine in the launderette on the ground floor. We also got unlimited coffee and hot chocolate in the breakfast room during our stay.

The TV are too small, they need to upgrade it to smart tvs. It would be great with we can use Netflix etc.

The location of the property is outstanding, 1 minute from the main tram stop and few minutes from the heart of Strasbourg, probably impossible to get a better location elsewhere. Our room itself was modern, spacious and well decorated, more than enough for a long weekend or even a week. The kitchen was equipped with all the utensils and cooking tools to cater for your own food.

Be aware that in very hot days (above 30º) rooms get very warm as the property has no AC, only fans. Which means it might get unbearable if summer hits hard like in our case. The idiotic French practice to separate the toilet bowl from the sink and the shower strikes again, seriously a French nonsense which makes everything less convenient. Also, the staff were underwhelming to say the least, they were not accommodating at all and we felt they did not care much about guests, there's definitely room for improvement
