Quiet area. The hotel is new and very clean. Discreet cleaning service. Very comfortable mattress. Good wi-fi. Safe area to come to later in the evening. A U supermarket a few meters away so no hotel breakfast is necessary to buy even though it looked delicious and good value for money. Nice and polite staff.

Occasional train passing by as the hotel is close to a railway but no frequent trains. The hotel is a short, 5-minute walk to the tram station Ducs d'Alsace where you can take the tram to the centre. The extra euros I paid on public transport could be better used to pay towards a more expensive hotel room nearer the centre/ Petite France and you gain 40 minutes back & forth every day. Not sure though the more central hotels are in quiet enough areas.

The entire arrangement was a pleasurable experience. The staff was friendly, some a bit more than others, and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast provision was also quite extensive.

The fact that the hotel is a bit away from the center, is a little bit of a set back but not tremendously. It is easily reachable by tramline D. When leaving the hotel, take a left on Rue d'Oberbergshausen, walk a few minutes to tram stop Saint Florent, where you'll be able to board the tram. This will take you to town in a few more minutes. Central station is two stops along, but you can go to Homme de Fer, which more centrally located or even farther to Grand Rue / Langstross which will put you smack dab in the thick of things. Cost per ticket 1.9€. They can be bought at a machine on the platform and should be scanned at the post with the red top before boarding.

Aside from the breakfast experience, everything else about our stay was excellent. The hotel is very nice—comfortable, clean, and modern. The reception staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. Parking was another highlight: spacious, secure, and extremely convenient. Overall, we were very satisfied and would gladly choose this hotel again if we were in the city in the future.

The only disappointing aspect of our stay (30.04–01.05) was the breakfast experience. We arrived about an hour before breakfast was scheduled to end and noticed that many of the food stations were already empty. Although there were still some guests dining, nothing was being replenished, and the staff member responsible for breakfast service made no effort to refill or refresh the offerings. As a result, the selection was very limited, and we were left to choose from the few remaining items. It felt like the service had already ended, even though there was still a full hour left. This made us feel quite uncomfortable. Judging by the setup, we can imagine that breakfast might have been much better earlier on, but unfortunately, that wasn’t our experience.

This hotel is an incredible value for the price. The rooms are clean and relatively spacious. While there is not a pool, there is a large dining room that serves a great breakfast. Additionally, the bar serves drinks (including a great local beer) and food into the evening. While we didn't use them, I noticed that they had a couple of large rooms for meetings.

The only thing we didn't enjoy about the K was the distance from downtown (Christmas markets). We were there a few days, so got used to it (7-minute walk to the local train). It was fine when we didn't have our bags, but less pleasant when arriving/leaving and toting all of your bags. There is a bus stop outside the hotel, but I'm not sure where it goes/comes from. Perhaps the hotel could list this, as well as which trains to take (there is one that goes right to the main train station).

Excellent Stay at K Hotel The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 15-minute journey to the city center with regular trams (every 3 mins) and buses nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and was impeccably clean. Having a supermarket right next to the hotel was incredibly convenient. The property and rooms were spotless, and the accommodations were both clean and comfortable. Highly recommend for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay!

WiFi was bad and the washroom door cannot be located and it’s glass and also has a gap. Not a deal breaker but if ur sharing with a friend it can get little uncomfortable.

We have stayed here before, as it is reasonably priced and in a good location, but I don't recall it being particularly memorable. That has changed for the better. All the staff are super friendly and helpful. You really are treated like a proper guest should be treated and not like part of the furniture like most establishments treat you. The rooms are compact, as reflects its relatively modest price, but well fitted out with convenient shelves, table top and chairs etc. The bathroom is clean, well-stocked and the shower is brilliant.

Not much really. The breakfast is a fixed buffet price, which is OK if you want to indulge, but expensive if you want something small and simple.

A wonderful, stress-free stay - from the moment of checking in, which took literally a few minutes at best, to checking out, which also was smooth and quick, all supplanted by the lovely staff. Loved the cleanliness and the upkeep of the room - it was spotless from the moment I checked in and throughout my stay. Everything worked (as it should), everything was provided for. All in all - a lovely, stress-free stay, which is what you want when travelling for work. The bed was incredibly comfortable, too.

The soundproofing could've been better - I could hear the alarms going off in the next room in the morning. Since I had to get up at the same time, it wasn't much of a bother, though.

Even though the hotel is not in the city centre, it is conveniently located and is actually within walking distance of most places. It is also very well connected to tram lines. The room was comfortable and quiet despite the hotel being located next to the railway. Next to the hotel is a shop, and a few minutes away is a lovely bakery, which is an extra bonus. Also, the staff is nice - the lady in the reception was kind of nice to switch my room when I arrived earlier and my room was not ready yet.

Nice and quiet location, close to new development. Strasbourg centre quickly accessible via tram. Correctly-sized room (this is France), super clean. Loved the kettle. Although we couldn’t check in early, staff was super accommodating by letting us store our bicycles in the bagagerie (very safe). Staff were courteous and helpful. Excellent value for money. I highly recommend K Hotel. Thank you for a nice and worry-free stay. P.S. We tried Brasserie LaBBB just across: nice spot for beer and appetizers. Also recommended.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The hotel was in a great location and easily accessible by tram. Also quite quiet, though you could occasionally hear the nearby trains.

The noise of nearby trains. The hotel also doesn't have a lot of stores nearby (other than a convenience store that shuts quite early) so you do have to bring water or snacks from quite far away if you leave it until evening, or use the hotel vending machine which is more expensive.
