- The location: it's next to a tram station & stores and restaurants also in proximity. - The room: clean, cozy, soundproofed & we enjoyed the sunset view. And kudos for the reception, very precise & articulate!

Toilet: the sliding door is tricky when you’re done using the toilet. Bathroom: might be too small for an adult. We had a slightly uncomfortable situation while walking toward Poteries for dinner, lucky for us the kids weren't bothered (not even noticed). Not the fault of the hotel, of course, just a little heads-up.

Comfortable room (It was a room for wheelchair user, so very large) with a large bathroom. Comfortable bed, good wifi, decent but not terrific breakfast. Parking next to the hotel or in the parking in the basement. Easy to access. Very friendly and efficient staff.

The hotel is located in an industrial suburb of Strasbourg. Not a pleasant neighbourhood, not unsafe but there is virtually nothing to do or see. So this is a good hotel for a stopover or for who has to be in the area for business. Not ideal for tourists that want to visit Strasbourg (although there is a good connection by tram, stop next to the hotel).

Everything was good enough, but poor for four-star hotel. We could make check-in early. There were few bottles of water in the room. The bed was comfortable. There were some small bottles of cosmetic in the bathroom. Location is far from the city center, but there is 10-15 minutes to get it by tram.

There were no bathrobes and slippers at the room. The shower hose was partly broken. All these things weren’t a huge problem, because we stayed for only one night. But it’s not good enough value for money.

The bedroom smelled incredible and everything was extra clean. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great and the curtains really were blackout curtains. The hotel was close to a supermarket which allowed us to make some purchases before we left the next day. The breakfast was good and calm and the decoration was beautiful. We didn't get to go to the city center, unfortunately as we were just passing, but from google maps I saw that it would have been very easy to get there, so that it a plus! I paid for underground parking and the access was easy. A little bit tight for big cars, but easy.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Nice bed, clean. Near tram. Offered dining options. Had a device in our room to make our own coffee.

The glass sliding wall/door to the bathroom (it did not provide privacy, as the blinds were missing some slots). No refrigerator, flat sheets or wash cloths provided. Skimpy amount of toilet paper provided.

Located just next to the highway exit, and located just next to a tram line leading downtown. Possibility to park the car on the spot. Friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed there just after Christmas, and the room was heated thanks to AC which was a bit noisy and not automatic (took a while to understand how to get heating in the room).

The hotel is in a great location for attending a gig at Zenith. The staff were fabulous & the hotel is clean & welcoming

Glass door leading to bathroom isn’t good! I don’t understand why you would install that. Privacy is needed for bathrooms. No one wants to see the other half sat on the loo having a poo! I saw things i can’t unsee. Thank goodness we have been together over 20 years as that could have been a game changer! It is not a first date/ early on in relationship hotel!

Nice quiet hotel with free parking, quite a way outside the city, but the tram stop is literally outside, and because the hotel is almost at the end of the line, there was always a seat for the 20 min ride into the centre. Didn't have breakfast but the room was quiet and the bed comfortable. There is a bar in reception so after the meal (an Indian Pizza...?) we wanted to play cards, so they let us use one of their breakfast tables, which was just the right height.

The hotel had a lovely lobby area and a great location. Our room was spacious and generally comfortable and clean.

However, the room was meant for four people, and one of the beds—a portable one—was not comfortable at all for the two guests who had to sleep on it.

Very professional and courteous welcome at the front desk. Comfortable and spacious room. There is a car park with an electric charging station usable for a nominal fee.

Not much in the area around the hotel, there were not even any restaurants open nearby when we were there. It's a residential area, really nothing besides apartments within walking distance, zero nightlife. It's necessary to take a tram to go anywhere.
