I really liked the room and balcony. There is also a well stocked Carreforre nearby.

There building next door is being renovated and there is a huge construction site out the back where all the balcony rooms face. So there is NO peace and quiet through out the day.

Close proximity to the city center. Cleanness of the area. Warm welcoming feeling on the ground floor around reception - colourful and bright, nice decor; nice idea with offering games to borrow for guests and additional appliances. Very helpful and dedicated staff at the reception.

Instead of the second table in the room a little 2-seat sofa would be much more suitable for comfort. The phone and lamp could be on a little shelf on the wall. Unfortunately, the noises from the construction site next door were starting early in the morning and were disturbing but understable.

I stayed in a very nice, although a bit compact, apartment of the hotel hotel, which suited me fine, both in terms of self-catering facilities and location. The kitchen area was small, but well equipped (apart from an extractor hood , which might be needed for cooking for fear that otherwise a smoke alarm may be set off). There was also excellent parking in the court yard, at an additional cost of 15 euro per day. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and overall of good quality (good bedding).

Lovely staff, so friendly and helpful. Clean room, quiet and ideally located. Just around the corner from the station, and the contemporary art museum. Short walk from petite France (the very picturesque part of Strausbourg). Lovely relaxing stay here. Ideal for people staying a couple nights, who need to be near the station

Door was quite stiff to open at first. Apart from that everything was great

Lots to see and do - and the Christmas market was a delight.

Second room, with a hard floor, on third level was much superior to our original carpetted room on the fifth. It looks as though there is an on-going plan to replace the old carpets, which are not great - that will make a big difference to the 'feel' of the areas yet to be modernised.

The hotel isn't in the old part of town, but quite close to it. It's about a 10 minute walk to the city center. The room was very spacious and clean. We didn't use the kitchen but it seemed to have everything. There are lockers for your luggage and some free snacks in the lobby. The staff were very friendly. The reception works 24/7.

It wasn't an issue for us but just to mention that they don't have a daily cleaning service.

It couldn't have been a better choice for an 8-day stay, with day trips to: the Alsatian Wine Route (Colmar, Eguisheim, Riquewihr) or Nancy, Freiburg, Basel and of course to visit Strasbourg. The hotel has an excellent position close to the train station, in a safe area, and three minutes from the Museum of Modern Art - and then to the gorgeous Petite France, the old medieval picturesque, tourist area. Perfect and fast check-in and check-out, reception open 24/24h. I booked a Superior Studio with balcony. Everything excellent. Balcony with table and two chairs, overlooking the back of the hotel, offering privacy. I was never disturbed, it was very quiet! Large room, with a kitchenette equipped with all the necessary utensils and accessories, kettle and coffee maker, cups, plates, glasses, cutlery etc. Bathroom, shower and toilet ok, hot water all the time. I found everything very clean. It is a normal gesture to leave clean dishes for the next guests, and to group the waste upon departure to be disposed of in the most civilized way possible and to facilitate the recycling process! Everything was perfectly functional. Large LCD TV, very good refrigerator, storage spaces, soundproofing, air conditioning, large bed, very good mattresses and duvets. The staff was excellent, professional, polite, with a smile on their faces. Everyone works professionally and seriously and it is clear that they know very well what they have to do to satisfy the needs of the customers. Thanks to Mrs. Laura, the reception manager. A special mention for Mr. Elvis, who is very dedicated to his work. Three minutes walk away is the Carrefour City supermarket, but also other small mini-markets. The tram station is close, but I only walked to visit the wonderful Strasbourg. Very good price-quality ratio for the room booked.. The hotel's location was very important, to save time for connections and travel to the proposed destinations. Thank you!

Friendliest staff of our entire trip so far!! Location is great, easy to walk to the city center. Rooms were comfy! And bonus points for having some kid toys downstairs and fussball!

Very good location. It’s close to the train station. And to the city centre. Also, very nice rooms. There are all kitchen utensils available. The room is clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly.

Unfortunately we had some issues with the payed breakfasts in the morning . There was a bit limited range of food choices. Food was taken really fast and we had to wait for a long time until it was renewed.

The hotel was perfect for a small stay in strasbourg! I usually come here for day trips since I don’t live that far away and this hotel had everything I need! Check in was easy and you are allowed to leave your bags if your room isn’t ready yet and you can do the same when you check out! Everything was nice and clean and the staff were very welcoming and warming. I had a balcony view and it wasn’t an amazing view but it was nice to relax reading on the balcony. The location is good as well since it’s very close to the train station. If you Ubereats, it’s very easy for the drivers to find you. Overall, I had a wonderful stay!
