Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to city centre. Very close to train station. And if you wanted to catch a tram, close access to tram near station.

Staff were pleasant but a more personable and friendly welcome and greeting would have been nice. It would have been nice for staff to offer recommendations of things to do and see for example.

Staff were all really helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more from them. Location is perfect, directly opposite train station. Breakfast was lovely. The hotel was very clean. There is water available where you can get a glass or refill your bottle which was really helpful.

The only thing we didn’t like and unfortunately for us was a big thing due to going on an extremely hot week was the air conditioning was barely noticeable. It only went 8 degrees lower than the temperature and at 37 degrees the rooms were very stuffy and uncomfortable. I’m sure on other weeks this wouldn’t be as much of a problem. Would definitely come back but more May time. A small fridge would be good too.

The location is fantastic, and the room was very clean and comfortable for the whole family. The children slept on a sofa bed, which they said was quite comfortable. Despite being right in the city center, directly across from the train station, the room was quiet. The area overall was good, although, being so central, there were quite a few homeless people outside the hotel at night.

The air conditioning didn’t work very well the first night — the room stayed at 25°C (77°F), which felt too hot for us, especially with the heat outside, so we didn’t sleep very well. Fortunately, it worked better the second night and the room was cooler. Also, there aren’t many good dining options near the hotel after 9 p.m., which was a bit inconvenient.

Right in front of the train station. Many restaurants and bars around. Very safe zone. I was able to eat a very good pizza and wine at the hotel very late at night 1130pm while all the restaurants were closed at that time. Also you could have a drink or coffee. The cost was fairly good. I did not have breakfast there.

We use 1 towel for the face and another for shower, but there were only one for shower. We had to go to reception for asking two more towels. But the cleaning lady only left again two at the following day. There were not enough hangers on the bathroom for clothing. Also we found a sock on the floor that was not ours.

I particularly appreciated the room's modern decor and immaculate cleanliness, which created a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The breakfast was a delight, offering a diverse range of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. Additionally, the location was superb—conveniently situated near key attractions and local dining spots, making it easy to experience the best of the area.

While my stay was overall enjoyable, there were a few areas that could be improved. The room, although comfortable and well-maintained, sometimes felt a bit cramped, limiting space for relaxation. Additionally, service during peak hours was occasionally slower than expected, and while the breakfast was delightful, its variety could be expanded to better suit diverse dietary preferences.

Pets were allowed, parking was available and always opened, friendly staff, close to city center, shops and restaurants nearby, close to the train station, breakfast was not very varied but enough to get you started.

works nearby - while quiet during the night, they can be quite noisy during the day, many homeless around, during the evening the park in front of the hotel (and train station) is quite crowded and the people tend to leave some mess after them.

Staying at Ibis Strasbourg Centre Gare was a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was very convenient. However, what made our stay even more special was the warm and professional attitude of the receptionist, Pegah. She was extremely friendly, respectful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Her hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you to the hotel team for their excellent service!

Location is excellent - just across the field against the Train station. 10 min walk to Petite Venice, pleanty of restaurants around + supermarket 100 m away. Exceptional breakfast which worth the price. Very freindly stuff, ice cream as a gift for kids. Ability to store luggage.

We disturbed in the night by laud people and cars just outside the window, May be better window sound isolation is required. The room was not big: with sofa bed taking the most of the free room. Nevertheless there was enough place to store stroller in the room.

The room was very comfortable, silent and bright. The reasonably priced breakfast was quite good with an exceptional tea collection and open buffet serving to all sort of tastes. The hotel had a wonderful location for accessing the train, tram and it was about 5 minutes walk away from the city centre. We could also rent bikes in the central station which was very convenient. Colorful furnishing of the lobby, the restaurant and the reception was very welcoming. There was a spring water dispenser in the lobby providing free drinking water. Our room did not have a safe box but the staff provided us with one located in their back office. We would be happy to extend our thanks to all the staff who were always warm and welcoming. We owe a special gratitude to Madame Patricia whose help made our 4 day stay a wonderful experience in Strasbourg.

The staff did everything to make our trip comfortable and there is hardly anything that we could complain about the hotel and its operation.

The breakfast was excellent. The location being close to the station was great as we were travelling by train. We also had a great view of the station from our room.

The top of the toilet bowl would benefit from deep cleaning, and the towels could have been better, but overall we’ve no complaints.
