Very friendly and helpful staff on the reception desk. The self-catering apartment was clean and cool because the air conditioning had been turned on before we arrived. Since it was very hot during out stay having air conditioning was wonderful - probably essential - since we could not open the windows. Great location close to trams and buses which go straight into Strasbourg.

A more detailed explanation and map about where the parking for the hotel is would have been useful, since there are a lot of one-way streets around the hotel. We had to find parking in the street, then talk to reception, then move the car to the hotel parking. This was rather tiring because it was very hot. Also, the website didn't say that we had to pay extra for parking - (15 euros per day) .We only received a message about this after we had booked.

Room and bathroom was spacious, one of the mattress was very comfy the other one too soft. The location is perfect, easy reach from the train station and all amenities. A supermarket a couple of minutes away. I was given one of the room overlooking the back so it was very quiet. I haven't used the kitchenette but seems to have everything that is needed. They stored my suitcase early in the morning and they allowed me to check in slightly early and cannot thank enough the receptionist as i wasn't feeling great. The staff is welcoming and always kind.

We were given a free upgrade to a 2 bedroom compared to the one we booked which was amazing. The apartment was right by the tram stop which was great. The apartment was spacious for the 4 of us and the kitchen facilities were great for self-catering. Staff were professional and friendly. The location was walking distance to town or a short tram ride away. The location was nice and quiet with a little supermarket nearby. Not many cafes nearby though. There was a self-service washing machine and dryer but the app did not work when I was there.

- We have requested a parking slot and they have reserved one for us - There is a small kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, hotplates and etc. - Close to the centre and the train stop is in front of the main door

- The middle parking slots were a bit tight, therefore on the next day 2 parking slots were not accessible - The room wasn't that clean - One of the mattresses was very worn out, because when you lie down, you fail in a loop - No room windows, but air conditioner

It's like a big hostel, but with apartments for families. Common dining room, reception and cleaning service. Apartments are simple but comfortable and they have the basics. Location is the closes to city center without being kn the city center, which is more expensive. Overall super recommended.

The only tricky thing is that the access from both the street and the parking lot is through stairs. With luggage and/or stroller was not easy. Inside the building there is an elevator.

Very close to the centre of Strasbourg from what I could tell - we arrived later than expected due to traffic so didn't get to go out and explore like we'd hoped but I believe we were right where you'd want to be for seeing the historic centre. The reception guys, both in the evening when we arrived and early in the morning when we left, were lovely and helpful. Our evening guy (I want to say his name was Frederick, but I'm not entirely sure...) recommended a brilliant restaurant nearby and it was fabulous! Parking was very secure and worth the additional cost. Just be aware that the location of this hotel requires a 'clean air' sticker if you are travelling by car - we didn't realise this until we punched the address into the sat-nav on our day of arrival and, as we discovered, you need to purchase this prior to travelling as it needs to be posted to your address. It's not expensive to buy, but the fine if you get caught without it could be hefty!

Some of the walls and skirting boards in the room were really dirty which was a bit off-putting even though everything else seemed reasonably clean. Someone needs to go around and give them a good wipe down!

Room is large and kitchen corner has the basic utensils, but nothing extra (salt, oil, paper napkins,, etc). Breakfast is OK.

Access to the parking is not very clear. The parking is near the hotel but in a one way street. You have to go around a large block of houses to access the gate with a magnetic card. So first, you have to get the card and there no way to park momentarily in front of the hotel. Room with no decoration, no charm.

The location is good. Easy access by tram but also walkable area- 15 minute walk to the train station and 25 minute walk to the cathedral. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are a bit dated but spacious and comfortable. Overall we had a very good stay here and would book again if we return to Strasbourg.

It's true that the rooms are old fashioned and could use some renovations, but the only thing that really bothered us is that the sofa bed was not very comfortable.

The location is excellent, a 15-minute walk to the Cathedral, and if you don't want to walk, the tram stop is right in front of the hotel. The apartment for 3 people (Studio Deluxe) was really spacious and equipped with everything we would need. Since we came by car, it's great that they have their own closed parking lot. You need to call and make a reservation. I suggest to confirm free parking lot even before booking because there are more apartments than parking spaces. Parking in the city on the street is generally really limited. The stuff was really helpful and nice.

Not that we didn't like it, it was fine, but the breakfast options could be more varied.

Our studio was big and clean and kitchen was fully equiped for basic cooking. The location perfect for a stroll in the old town 10 mins walking. Parking access was convenient, just behind the building (15 Euros a day) Staff really friendly and helpful. City supermarket around the corner.

Sometimes noisy because of the Tram nearby when the windows are opened. The pans provided with the kitchen had some damage in them.
