Great for a cheap and cheerful few days in the city. Location couldn't be better! The room was clean and relatively comfortable. Had a fan which was definitely needed for the hot weather. Staff were friendly and allowed us to store luggage after we checked out. There is also a hairdryer available if you ask at reception. Could you get a better room if you had a higher budget? Yes, but for the price you really can't complain.

No plug sockets by the bed which is a bit of a pain but definitely workable. The pillows could also do with replacing, they were very flat!

I stayed in this small hotel le 21 eme. This is a sweet silent hotel in the nice city of strasbourg for 4 days. Had absolutely no problem. Although the room is abit small and beds could be a little heavier, but this is ok..Two people staying would be congested but for solo travel this is pretty good. No noise for downstairs, beautiful location.

Nothing as such. Edit: Lift could be a bit bigger, does not hold more than one person

The wifi service was not available for the entire time. I was informed this was a known issue the hotel would be unable to resolve after I’d checked in and used the wifi code shown to me on a sheet with the details of my stay.

Tha room was ok, it is a little noisy because there are many restaurants in the area. It is close to Homme de Fer, a neuralgic spot.

The staff: the man in the morning was not nice at all. The other was nice but did not bring the pillow I asked for. Th e pillow was very little

The hotel was very cute, compact, and clean. Like many people in Strasbourg, the staff here speak fluent French, English, and German. We were on the 5th floor which had a little balcony! Be aware the elevator is very tiny and might take a couple trips but we were super grateful that there was an elevator (some older buildings don’t have them!) If you’re coming during the Christmas market season, this location is great! It’s down a quieter alley right across the way from the town’s Christmas Tree square. We walked all around to the cathedral, the riverfront, and endless stores, wine / cheese shops, and markets. It’s also right near the tram just a couple stops away from the main train station. Cute little place to enjoy!

Location is great. Room is very clean. Toilet is very clean. Bed is very comfy.

Nothing except the lady in the reception in the morning. I don't know her name but she is the only lady working in the reception. She didn't want to speak in English although she understands me and reply in French. Also I was going down to reception to suddenly find her talking in English to another customer. This made me feel that she is a little bit racist. I hope she changes her attitude towards people.

Friendly stuff, good location, pretty clean. If you don't have much expectations, you could come here and enjoy a couple of days in strasbourg. We used our room only for sleeping and showering, being in the city the whole day.

Some of the furniture, doors etc. could benefit of some renovation/replacement. The hand towels were old. Clean, but really visible old. The bed was hard and not very confortable.

Great location and value, the room was perfect for a short stay. The staff held our bags for the day after check out as well!

There is not much to complain, it is a room with a bed WC and has great security.

Very clean toilet, it seems quite new. Good location.

There are some steps to arrive the elevator. We had very heavy luggages and struggled with these steps. The plastic curtain in the bathroom should be longer to avoid water splashed out to make wet even the toilet and sink area.
