Great location right in the heart of the city. Adjacent to a tram hub to get you anywhere although you can walk to many places from the hotel door. We were given a free upgraded room with plenty of space which was nice. Breakfast was very good and located on an upper floor overlooking the square.

Whilst there is a car park right next to the hotel (which is in the pedestrian area of the city) this was expensive and the special rate coupon the hotel supplied didn’t work so that was €84 for three days parking.

This hotel is ideally located near major attractions in Strasbourg. Situated right at Place Kléber, it offers easy access to shops, cafés, and is just a short tram ride from Strasbourg Central Station. The Cathedrale Notre Dame de Strasbourg is also within walking distance. The room we stayed in was spacious and provided a great view of the square. The interior design reflected a classic French style, adding to the charm of the stay.

The location was absolutely perfect! It couldn’t have been better. Staff was lovely and so helpful, our requests were met and any questions we had were answered quickly and comprehensively. Would definitely book again and 100% recommend to other couples who are looking to stay in such an idyllic place when in Strasbourg

Location, location, location! It doesn't get more central. Right on place Kleber. 10 mins max on foot to the cathedral, 15 to Petite France. Used book market Tue Wed, Sat. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Two tram station within 3 minutes walk, taking you directly to the train station, intercity bus station and most places of interest. Clean, friendly, comfortable. The property is well taken care of. There is a lift (not enough for a wheelchair but great for luggage). Kettle for instant tea/coffee. Wifi works well, TV has French and international channel. Small, simple but clean room with a surprisingly comfortable bed. I would stay there again for sure.

Supposedly there was a/c but it's not adjustable from the room, and it was rather hot. Even the internal a/c display kept showing "chaud" ("hot"). This made it hard to sleep. Housekeeping could be a bit more consistent.

I really liked the peace and quiet, the cleanliness and comfort of the room, the spotless bathroom, and the generous breakfast. The hotel staff was very kind and always ready to help and provide information. The room was cleaned and tidied up every day, which made the stay even more pleasant.

The occasional noise from the trams was disturbing, as the windows didn’t have sufficient sound insulation to block out the noise from outside.

We stayed in the 2br family apartment. Short 30sec walk from the main hotel however it felt like your own private apartment with full cleaning service from the hotel. Location was amazing which made walking all around Strasbourg centre and hot spots easy. Size of the apartment and rooms was generous. Lounge room window looked right over Kléber square. Tram station 10sec from front door but you don’t hear tram noise. I highly recommend this apartment.

This is a good location to visit Strasbourg. It's easy to walk to Little Venice and the cathedral and you are surrounded by stores and restaurants. Public transport is right at your back door and is a little noisy.

I didn't realize that breakfast was not included until I arrived. But the breakfast was worth the price and was very convenient. The smell of croissants baking got me up early each day.

Nice breakfast buffet, clean rooms and well Equipped bathroom. Super close to everything! I couldn’t believe how inexpensive it was to stay in the middle of everything we wanted to see. The shops and restaurants are literally right outside the front door. Strong AC too!

It was a little tight for three adults in one room and the elevator was super tiny. So if you’re a larger person… it’s gonna be a struggle.

Excellent value for money, in city center , Christmas markets at the door step, Excellent budget hotel No frills to pay extra for, rooms basic but very clean and tidy which is all 1 needs, main shopping streets around the hotel, main attractions less than 5 min walk Main tram stop at the hotel so ease of getting anywhere in the city with no walking far for transport. Tte staff are what makes a hotel on first impressions and must say the staff here are so warm and welcoming.

Fantastic location, in a nice square with lots of trams and a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. 24 hour desk apart from the odd few minutes where the staff took breaks. Helpful and pleasant staff.

A few breakfast items ran out very early on each day, and they were always the same ones so this should be easy to address. There were a couple of other minor irritations. I stopped leaving my key with them after a few days as twice there was no-one at the desk when I wanted to get back into my room. Had to ask 3 times for the shower gel to be replenished. Small things that stopped it being 10/10.
