Location, location, location! It doesn't get more central. Right on place Kleber. 10 mins max on foot to the cathedral, 15 to Petite France. Used book market Tue Wed, Sat. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Two tram station within 3 minutes walk, taking you directly to the train station, intercity bus station and most places of interest. Clean, friendly, comfortable. The property is well taken care of. There is a lift (not enough for a wheelchair but great for luggage). Kettle for instant tea/coffee. Wifi works well, TV has French and international channel. Small, simple but clean room with a surprisingly comfortable bed. I would stay there again for sure.

Supposedly there was a/c but it's not adjustable from the room, and it was rather hot. Even the internal a/c display kept showing "chaud" ("hot"). This made it hard to sleep. Housekeeping could be a bit more consistent.

We stayed in the 2br family apartment. Short 30sec walk from the main hotel however it felt like your own private apartment with full cleaning service from the hotel. Location was amazing which made walking all around Strasbourg centre and hot spots easy. Size of the apartment and rooms was generous. Lounge room window looked right over Kléber square. Tram station 10sec from front door but you don’t hear tram noise. I highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent value for money, in city center , Christmas markets at the door step, Excellent budget hotel No frills to pay extra for, rooms basic but very clean and tidy which is all 1 needs, main shopping streets around the hotel, main attractions less than 5 min walk Main tram stop at the hotel so ease of getting anywhere in the city with no walking far for transport. Tte staff are what makes a hotel on first impressions and must say the staff here are so warm and welcoming.

Fantastic location, in a nice square with lots of trams and a 5 minute walk from the Cathedral. Very comfortable bed and powerful shower. 24 hour desk apart from the odd few minutes where the staff took breaks. Helpful and pleasant staff.

A few breakfast items ran out very early on each day, and they were always the same ones so this should be easy to address. There were a couple of other minor irritations. I stopped leaving my key with them after a few days as twice there was no-one at the desk when I wanted to get back into my room. Had to ask 3 times for the shower gel to be replenished. Small things that stopped it being 10/10.

If you are travelling in December, and want to be closer to the Xmas market, then this is the place. In term of location, it is opposite the the Place Kleber and Xmas market. Everything is around you, the Gallery Lafayette, pharmacy, tram stop, etc. The room was good enough for me as most of the time I was exploring the city. Decent amenities provided and perfect for explorer.

The provided breakfast can be improved. Not enough toiletries provided. And yeah you can heard what happening outside your door and vice versa.

Well, the week I stayed, mid-Janviers, was cold weather in strasbourg. Maybe I didn't know how to turn up the heat in the room, but was a bit cool, considering the outside temp. Outside was around -3C to +2C. Inside the thermostat was set at from 19C to 22C, though was cool. (there may have been a secondary in-room heater that I didn't realize could turn on?).

Third time at Le Kleber, great location and nice hotel, friendly staff. Reasonably priced, great shower and if you don't need a coffee first thing in the morning I'd thoroughly recommend this as a great base for a few days in Strasbourg.

Since last year when we started they appear to have got rid of tea and coffee facilities in the rooms. Sadly that will probably stop me staying a fourth time, as a coffee first thing in the morning is a priority for me.

Location is excellent. The cleaning is excellent. Technology is absolutely new. Everything is working wonderful. The bed is comfy. Everything is comfy. The check-in is extremely fast and the person on the reception is very responsive.

The person on the reception didn't give all necessary information about the room and services so I had to go down to the reception for several times. Also, there were only disposable cups in the room, therefore, I had to go down to the reception desk once more for normal cups and spoons. I am not satisfied with this. Otherwise, everything was great!

The location is perfect for exploring lovely Strasbourg on foot - and only a 12-minute walk from the station. The hotel is on a busy square and trams ran under my little balcony, so it‘s not quiet (though closing the windows and doors if that matters would help!). These old European hotels tend to be a bit crooked and creaky and cramped - it’s part of their charm. But the water pressure in the (tiny) shower was great and the bed was unusually comfortable. Bonus: a kettle is provided.

The decor isn‘t going to win any prizes!

I really loved my single room 403. The bed was comfortable and the view amazing. I loved looking out at the churches and the Christmas tree each night as I listened to jazz being played though my window. The staff was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable. They brought me extra blankets and pillows for my bed. The young lady Marion was just as sweet as she could be. I developed a cold while there and she brought me a cup of hot tea to my room. Although the rooms were small and the walls thin it is one of my favourite hotels that I have stayed in.

Breakfast was good and lots of bread choices few vegetables.
