The staff were very kind and helpful; they gave us suggestions for nice local restaurants upon arrival and very patiently asked about our stay when we were leaving. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony with a super view. Also, our room was very quiet and nice. I liked it very much!

A big point for me for staying in hotels rather than Airbnb is the breakfast, and breakfast here was okay but was very basic and didn't have a lot of options (naturally, even less if you arrive towards the end), and didn't change at all. Also, one time the coffee machine broke during the breakfast, which was a bummer. On the other hand, I didn't like the cleanness of the room; there were quite a lot of stains on the couch and some hairs on the wall in the bathroom. The bed was nice and clean, though. Other than these, I enjoyed my stay.

Nicely located in the city center, the hotel offers stylish furnished rooms at a fair rate. The breakfast was good, as well as the small coffee and water stations which were always open and for free.

It was very warm in the room (already in mid-March) and there was no good way to cool it down (the ac system was off). We opened the t it took a while to cool the room down. On a smaller note: I ask the reception if it were possible to check-in before 3pm. The person has not even tried to look if the room was available and directly answered me : "not before 3pm". I expect a bit more effort/generosity in a 4* star hotel (especially when having booked several rooms...).

The location was perfect, the reception area was cozy and beautiful, the rooms were clean and reasonably comfortable, with daily room service. Overall, it offered excellent value for the price.

Since the building was old, it had double-layered windows to keep the room warmer. However, the space between the windows was damp, causing a musty smell, and there was no view of the outside. The floor was slightly dirty, so our socks turned black after a while, and there were no towel-made slippers provided for indoor use.

Great central location in downtown with easy walking access to sites and restaurants. The staff are very friendly and responsive. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had AC (useful on a hot summer day in Strasbourg!).

It would be nice to have better published information on how to find the parking entrance and what is the code without having to phone the hotel in advance. It is on a narrow one way street, so pulling over to run in to get the code is not always an option. The breakfast was ok, nothing spectacular, and on a busy day can be a bit of chaos as other guests rush about grabbing grub. Advice would be to drop the breakfast option and go to a local cafe instead.

The location is very good and in a walkable distance to almost everything. The tram station is 2 minutes walking and there are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood. Also if you are travelling by train it is 10 mins walk from the train station.

There was a complaint of the smell of chemicals coming from the nail salon next door. Of course after mentioning it the staff changed the room right away. It's still dangerous and annoying to have that smell in the room so be careful.

The family room really is amazingly designed. Layout allows a family to have space and even privacy, but also look amazing and excites the kids. The staff are polite and very helpful. The breakfast buffet is smaller due to hotel being more boutique size but lovely. Special touches like help-your-self sparkling and cold water, espresso machine, wine and cookies in evenings, and games cupboard in lobby. Perfect location for restaurants, bars, sightseeing and Xmas markets.

Some minor areas for maintenance in room such as curtain coming off rail, difficult balcony door lock, bunk bed lamps missing.

The staff was super kind and helpful. The location was great. The room was comfortable and clean.

Not a huge deal but you could hear noises at night from other rooms. It was some sort of pipe noise . I think either when the other room use their bathroom it was making noise or it was sth else.. also I guess the walls are thin so when someone is outside, talking or closing the door you could hear it. in the end it wasn't a big deal.

The location of this hotel makes it easy to reach the most popular destinations in the city. The room was very spaceus and the view was nice even though we were on the floor 1. We had the room with balcony option.

The main problem was how aged and broken some things were. Mainly the crusty carpet, non-working bidet, wobbly tap, clogged drains and very poor lighting in the rooms was annoying. I think it's time for a comprehensive renovation. The breakfast was below average: there seems to be a large selection of thigs but most things are of low quality, off-brand products. Coffee was especially bad.

Very nice hotel in the Old Town, walking distance from the train station. The room is clean and tidy. The room was small, but comfortable enough, and with an unusual design (the desk was behind the headboard).

We had to have breakfast in the lobby of the hotel, in a small room in the same place as reception. It was uncomfortable. The sausages were not good. But considering that breakfast was cheap (only €12), it seemed ok. It didn't spoil our impressions of the hotel.

Very Nice Room. Very comfortable for 3 people. Easy walk to Christmas Markets, city shopping and dining! Elevators! We had a quiet room with a balcony overlooking a little park area in front of the hotel.

Parking. With Christmas markets in full swing we had to park a ways out due to road closures and haul our luggage to the hotel. It was manageable but not ideal in cold and rain. Definitely no fault of hotel.
