The staff were super friendly and accommodating. They were more than happy to speak to me in English. Given that I was going through an emergency at the time it was a huge comfort. I booked a different room from what I got. Which was completely fine. The desk clerk tried to accommodate my booking but I after every thing I’d been through on my trip up to that point t having a room with no elevator access was not something I wanted to deal with. And they were able to accommodate that even if my room was smaller. It was still great.

Fabulous location. The street has everything you need and it’s soo close to the city center.

It’s not a luxury hotel. But if you are looking for a simple, clean hotel in a great location, with a down to earth and very friendly staff; this a great place to stay.

Excellently located near the city center, with easy access from the train station. The room was not big but spacious enough with a big comfy bed and everything needed for a short stay. Same with the bathroom which was clean and luminous. Good breakfast buffet with decent variety.

Nothing bad to mention in particular.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of town, close to the train station, the (touristy) old town, and the Place de la Republique. The trilingual staff was quite friendly, the room was beautiful and quiet.

The products in the bathroom were less varied than one usually expects - just hand soap and a single product serving as shampoo and shower gel. The room had two single beds which could be pushed together, rather than a two-person bed.

Very well situated for a walk into the centre of Strasbourg. Great staff. The lounge was beautifully interior-decorated and comfortable, especially after a long day walking around the local sites. It was a blessing to have aircon in our bedroom as it was so hot. Very good breakfast.

Parking could have been easier. We were staying for three nights and would have liked to have had a proper wardrobe and chest of drawers. We used the spare bed to lay out our clothes.

Very good location, literally 10 mins walking from the centre. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and offered us lot's of tips for the stay.

The room wasn't very big but just enough for one night. The parking was offered for 14 euros a day but finding it and walking around to go back to the hotel (although not very far) was a bit of a hassle.

Room was fantastic. Breakfast was good. Location was excellent

Carpark is stupid. Need to drive down various dtreets to get to as its not attavmched to hotel. Directions for car park need improving. Recommendation to not use Google maps as there are no entry roads all around. picture of the carpark and fate needed as very easily missed.

The hotel was very charming, exceptionally clean with very helpful staff. We speak English, Spanish and German only a few words in French. The staff went out of their way to recommend restaurants, make reservations and patiently give us directions. Location is great- a short walk to the cathedral, restaurants and shops.

Not really a reflection of the hotel, but while parking is available, it is annoying to find.

Appears to have been recently renovated and very modern. Easy walk into town and helpful advice from front desk staff.

Suffers badly in comparison with (an admittedly higher priced) three star we just left in Paris.

We've booked the room for 3 people. It came with separated rooms with a good bathroom size. The staff were really helpful and had a correct mentality for someone who worked in hospitality. The location was just perfect, just outside the old town.

Perhaps, it was a little bit old, but I certainly think this is acceptable.
