This is the third time at this property- the location is amazing and we love how they remodeled this old property. Everything is extremely clean and comfortable. They have two bike rooms that are secured. We’re always there in the summer so AC is a must. It’s a very posh place but still has a relaxed feel.

We have an EV and always park in their on-site parking lot right behind the house (for EU35/night). There’s no real plug but they do have one “designated” EV spot where you can use a “normal” plug to charge your car (which of course takes ages). We were there 4 days and were never able to park there- nobody ever used the plug (or was even a EV) and the front desk was super not helpful. Why even have a EV spot when you don’t ask people to move their car once they’re done charging (or let ICE cars park there when there’s other open spots). This is the one annoyance I have because this place is less than 4 years old and they couldn’t figure out that more and more of their clientele wants functioning, electric charging.

The hotel is beautiful, from the impressive entrance to the well-thought-out dining and breakfast area to the courtyard and to the rooms themselves. Our room was very comfortable and stylish and had everything we needed. The handwritten welcome note was a lovely touch. The staff on reception were assiduous in ensuring we could make the most of the hotel facilities and the surroundings. Finally, the location is perfect for general tourism - nothing seems to be more than a 15 min walk. Loved it and will be back soon, we hope!

Minor point, but parking in Opera Broglie is slightly inconvenient - however a small price to pay (and the hotel provides a reduction voucher).

Most of the staff were really friendly and professional, which made the stay enjoyable. What I liked the most was that the hotel felt very new and tastefully decorated. The room was a good size, very clean and had a warm, comfortable feel to it. I especially loved the memory pillows – such a thoughtful touch and super comfortable! The bathroom was spacious and spotless. Breakfast had a nice atmosphere with a good variety of options to start the day.

The only small downside was the mattress cover – it seemed to be a protective plastic type, which made it feel less breathable. During the night, it held in heat a bit too much, which wasn’t as comfortable for sleeping. Also, if you’re travelling by car, parking is limited. You need to reserve one of the few hotel spaces in advance; otherwise, you’ll have to use a nearby garage (the hotel does offer a discount though).

The staff were wonderful. Courtyard and social interior were lovely and great for interactions. Beds were very comfortable. Lovely touch with the gift in the room. Shower was great and easy to work. The mood lighting was great and the curtains worked very well - good and dark. There was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom!!! As a glasses wearer so so impressed! Loved the expresso room and the air conditioning. Overall as a family we loved this hotel.

The sink was very aesthetic, however not as practical as it could be. More milk and “noir” teabags would be great.

Beautifully restored historical building - very modern.

Our shower only had shower gel and shampoo attached to the wall - we had to request for conditioner and lotion. For the price paid it seemed weird that we had to ask for standard toiletries (these were in large-multi use bottles not single use).

We did not sign in for breakfast. We like the location of the hotel, the services provided by the staff, the lunch we had when we arrived was excellent, although we arrive ahead of the regular check in time the staffs accommodated us for early check in, the garden area where we had our lunch was beautiful, the room size was more than we were expected,

The voice in the elevator, I guess narrating something we don't understand. Maybe French music or artist singing could be better for us. Or provide a translation to what was being narrated

Everything is just perfect. Super clean and brand new, stylish, quiet and spacious room. Super comfy pillows, bed and blanket. Bathroom is also very stylish equipped with very nice bathtub, which was rather beneficial after long chilly walks:) The building itself looks beautiful and located inside historical city (7-10 min from Cathedral by walk), but in very peace surroundings without touristic noice. There is great early medieval church just across the road:) The staff very was welcoming. Definitely recommend!

It is not even an issue but just a small point for the improvement - the door in the bathroom doesn’t provide enough soundproofing by its design. It will be nice to fix this)

Superb location in the city centre, beautiful entrance, new and modern rooms. Bed waa very comfortable and the windows open for fresh air.

The breakfast is very expensive yet there was no ability to get fresh omlette or eggs, and in the buffet the items were not clearly signed what they were.

We stayed 5 nights at the hotel during the Christmas market. The hotel is unique and very beautiful, a large room with a coffee machine and a refrigerator with cold drinks of water and juices that are given every day free of charge. large bath. The location of the hotel is fantastic, a few minutes' walk to all the Christmas markets in the city of Strasbourg. The hotel staff was so kind and helpful in everything and all the staff without exception were always smiling and patient. Good breakfast and the food in the bar was simply excellent.

Very important!!!  The bathtub is very smooth and high, the hotel must put a handhold inside the bathtub to get out of it safely!!  We had difficulty getting out of it and keeping ourselves from slipping or falling.
