The hotel is situated in a very nice Village quite 25 by car from strassburg. The village is very nice and traditional with lovely places. The hotel is clean and with parking and the staff very polite. Opposite the hotel there's a Boulangerie with lots of food. We would definitely stay here again.

The rooms not very big. There's no variety on the breakfast as for example for me in vegetable and vegetarian choices actually there were nothing for vegetable and fresh fruits. Also the hotel answered too late to all the questions we had set five days before arrival . It was already the third day we were staying there.

As a one-night stopover on a motorcycle trip this was ideal. Comfortable, modern, functional. Great air con after a very hot day, beds were great. A bit of a formula hotel but it suited our needs perfectly. 10 minute walk into Obernai village was very convenient.

Although there was fenced and gated parking the gates remained open all night which wasn’t great for secure parking. Staff member on check-in was rather abrupt. When guests started arriving for breakfast items soon ran out - we didn’t stay long enough to see whether they were replenished ( certainly weren’t very quickly)

All great, thank you! A very nice, comfortable and clean hotel. Excellent breakfast, there are tables outside, too. Very friendly staff. Quiet rooms with properly working and adjustable air-conditioning. Free parking outside with plenty of spaces. The EV charging station is a 5 minutes walk away.

Can't complain

We had a fantastic stay at One Loft Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the location was perfect as a one night stop on our way to Italy. The breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety! I would like to thank the the receptionist again who was on night duty who gave us some bottled water for my husband who got sick. So kind!!

The stuff were super mega nice!! And mega helpful, specially Abdel (Hotel manager), he was the best!!!!! He gave us a lot of information and recommendations, he was super nice (as the rest of the employees) and helped us a lot. We recommended 💯 as also the hotel was really well located, really comfy beds and spacious rooms. Also just outside it's a bakery we're you can have Breakfast, lunch and snacks, stuff was really nice also.

Nothing, all was perfect

Excellent basic accomodations.Very clean. Manager absolutely delightful - very professional and genuinely very friendly - tailormade a solution for an extension despite being fully booked by rearranging the room allocation. Even arranged a breakfast after "breakfast hours". Highly recommended if you are looking for a basic accomodation. Very good value for money. Great parking in front of hotel. Easy to find.

A charger and a socket by the bed, would have been perfect

The staff was very nice and helpful, location was good, as it was 10 min walking from city center.

Not that it was an issue for us, but the room was basic, we did not have even a hair dryer. For just one night stop, for us it was good, but if we had to stay more nights, I would be looking for something with more space and amneties offered.

Room was large enough and clean. Air conditioning was lovely as we arrived on a particularly hot day. The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom was a little small but had everything necessary and was clean.

No drinks making facilities in the room. There is a vending machine downstairs but I would have liked something in the room

Super clean, with a lot of parking, very nice position. On the side, we really enjoyed the boulangerie in front of the hotel for breakfast or a quick lunch.

We did not like the pillows, a little uncomfortable.

The hotel is located in a good area within walking distance to the city center. There is plenty of space for parking and the staff if available 24/7 with a smile on their face.

There is no difference between a 2 bed and 3 bed room, both have bunk beds. The room is tightly spaced but still comfortable.
