I would like to express my special gratitude to the hotel's staff at the reception and, especially to Laura. Laura was very patient with me, she explained directions to different monuments,  and she was able to find a restaurant for me in the vicinity of the hotel that was open late night on Sunday.

My train from Strasbourg to Offenburg was scheduled to leave Strasbourg at 6:22 . At 5:30 I was already at the bus stop ( buses 2 and H ) hoping to get to the station by bus. While at the stop, I noticed that the buses that are scheduled early in the morning aren't being dispatched often enough... therefore, I decided to walk to the station instead of waiting for the bus. I guess , that issue Is not related to the hotel itself.

We loved the staff, especially Laura, who went way above to help us and other guests. So friendly, so efficient. I hope the management really appreciates her. We had a room for the disabled, and we really appreciated the large bathroom and the extra-long beds (my nephew is 2.1m tall), which were very very comfy. We thought the breakfast was super. The only thing we weren't thrilled with was the location. We prefer being a little closer to cafes and bars. However, it was a very quiet neighborhood.

Nothing to dislike.

The Ibis Budget Strasbourg Centre République is conveniently located, making it easy to explore the city. I appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and the efficiency of the check-in process. However, the rooms were quite compact, and the soundproofing could have been better, as outside noise was occasionally noticeable. Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay, offering good value for the price.

At the Ibis Budget Strasbourg Centre République, while the location and cleanliness were commendable, there were a few aspects I didn’t like. The rooms were quite small, which made the space feel cramped, especially for longer stays. Additionally, the soundproofing was not ideal, as I could hear noise from outside and neighboring rooms.

We were quite dissapointed at the size of the room, there really was no space aside from the bed, we upgraded to a family room even though there was just the 2 of us as this gave us much more space, the location was perfect just what we needed It seemed at first more like student digs, however we were pleasantly surprised it was very quiet and there were quiet spaces inside and outside to sit, chat, eat and work on a laptop A big plus, this is a Shabbat friendly hotel, [we didnt even know] which meant we were put on the 1st floor, they sorted out the lights and electric doors for us, Staff were all friendly and helpful

The double room was tiny only enough space for a bed, and hanging space for only 1 or 2 items, A big problem for me was the lack of parking, although I did manage to find on street parking and luckily didnt recieve any tickets for the 4 nights we were there

The hotel is conveniently close to the Palais de la Musique, so for conferences it’s convenient. It also has access to a bus with direct connection with the main train station and tram to the city.

I felt I was in a Japanese hotel. The space was limited. No other furniture in the room except from a little table. No translucent shades at the window: either your neighbor sees you when open, or you are in complete darkness when closed.

Perfectly located near the conference centre. It is no frills but everything works, the place is spotless and staff are super kind. The supermarket around the corner is very convenient and the tram stop is 100 m away. I have used this hotel multiple times and it continues to deliver excellent value for money; keep up the good work!

The space is very limited in the rooms so if the suitcase is even marginally larger than a carry-on trolley I could see that as a tricky thing to accommodate.

Great value for value in a perfect walking distance location to the city center. The bedding was great, the bathroom clean. Yes, the room is small but if you’re just looking for a good place to sleep it’s largely enough! Note to previous clients: the A/C works just fine, the temperature CAN be adjusted and the windows DO open…

The sound proofing could be better, but then again, if you’re dealing with hotel guests who think they’re alone in the world, what good can thicker walls do?

The location is perfect - in between the European Parliament and the centre, totally walkable. Quiet surroundings, so the quality of sleep great, even with open windows. The room was clean, small, but ok for a couple of nights.

Not a problem for me, but the room size for a person with a bigger body might be an issue. Squeezing between the TV wall and the bed could be a challenge.

I have stayed before at this hotel and will keep booking if possible in the future. It has all comforts and its location is very convenient for the conference centre and access to metro/bus links. All feels new and functional and breakfast is excellent; wifi also works well which is important for work. Overall highly recommended.

As it often happens with Ibis rooms, the space between the bed and the walls tends to be small, but rooms are perfect otherwise.

We stayed for 2 nights they had 24 hours reception available was helpful since we arrived at midnight. 10€ breakfast was not bad we had coffee orange juice and salty breakfast. Staff is nice too.

Room and bathroom is super small there is no space to move in bathroom but it's budget hotel so not for 2 persons I guess.
