The location was really central. I was alone with two children and we walked to the Petit France and to the Cathedral area with a short walk. The hotel itself was old but with character, we loved the little windows over the bed. The shower was newly renovated. The staff was friendly and they let us use the luggage storage and the common area past the check out time.

The beds were old, one of them had a cheap, soft mattress, the other one a leg so wobbly that we didn't trust it and pulled the mattress on the floor instead for safety. We reported this to the staff the next day and they appeared surprised, even though the problem was very apparent and the bed couldn't have been made without noticing.

It is cold in Strasbourg this week. Every day we came back to a delightfully warm room, with extra pillows (on request) and extra blankets (laid on without asking). It was such a comfort. The staff could not have been more gracious, friendly, and helpful. They made us feel welcome and at home. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is half a block from a boulangerie with great coffee. Also Hotel Patricia has a breakfast deal with the coffee shop across the street, which was excellent. They are a short walk from the Cathedral, from the museums, from the Medieval city center, and many good restaurants. The tram line was a block away, when we wanted to go further. We couldn't have picked a better place.

No elevator. But after the suitcases were in the room, that was all right.

Samantha on reception was so lovely. She lent me a charger as I had left my behind at my previous place. Smiling and very helpful. Communication prior to arrival was also clear and open. Loved the room. Spotlessly clean, including the communal areas. Lovely huge shower with great pressure. Fantastic location, right in the heart, but so quiet. Bed super comfortable. Loved my stay and would return. Excellent value for money too.

A little dose of heaven. It was lovely. I thought the hotel had character and comfort. Beautiful decor and a simple service that meant I was never interrupted and could get on with work. Very quiet and on a street about 30 steps from a beautiful strip of small shops for amenities and fresh food/wines etc. A very short walk from the cathedral. I had the best vacation and am booking for next year

Incredible location in Petit France! Very easy to get to from the train station. The room was spacious and cozy. Had plenty of towels and necessary amenities.

The shower curtain was way smaller than the shower so we had to decide which side of the bathroom to soak since the curtain wouldn’t cover the shower. There also is no elevator, so you’ll need to bring your things up and down the stairs.

The location was very central. We booked a room with shared bathroom and it was very clean.

Sheets on the bed could have been cleaner. The blanket that was given to cover yourself was disappointing. A water heater in the room would have been nice to have but we stayed only two nights so that wasn’t a huge issue for us.

Beautiful old house with a very cozy atmosphere. The room was very comfortable, everything was clean. The bathrooms are very clean with pretty new facilities. Check-in and check-out were really uncomplicated, which was great, because I had decided to stay there spontaneously (I booked the hotel at 2pm on the day of check-in). Would definitely stay there again in the future!

I love this place! It is so cozy and the atmosphere is great. The walls are thin and sometimes you have to wait for the shared bathroom but apart from that, it was an ideal accomodation close to everything, with nice staff and comfy rooms.

The property really was adorable, in an old building along a little alley with winding stairs up to the rooms. I didn't mind using a shared toilet down the hall or a shared shower up the stairs -- that added to the charm. Best things about this hotel: one, the staff, who were extremely friendly, helped us store our bags after we checked out, and answered all of our questions even though we didn't speak French; and two, the location, which is easily walkable from every landmark in the middle of Strasbourg.

Just a note for travelers with limited mobility that the reception is up a flight of stairs from the front door, and the showers may be an additional flight of stairs above your room.
