Room was very spacious for european standards. and vey clean. The breakfast was also very good, with a selection of cold and warm dishes.

rooms 10-41 are located in a separate building not attached to main hotel. if it rains, you have to go outside through a courtyard to get to the lobby and the breakfast.

Breakfast was great, but I reccomend you get there early as on the second day the eggs and bacon ran out and it took them quite a while to replenish them. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was within 10 minutes walking to great restaurants as well as the cathederal. Also was a 12 min or so walk to the bus station. Quiet street as well. Also, it has AC which was great as we stayed in August.

Please note that their on-site parking must fill up quickly. They did give us a voucher to park at a nearby parking garage with a discount. The "sound proof" rooms aren't soundproof from the ceiling, other folks woke us up early with their stomping and scraping things across the floor or whatnot, but that is common in European hotels. Also the room was very small, as well as the bed, which was too firm. Again, these things are common in Europe.

What a great hotel in a nice quiet location but so near to everything. The staff were super helpful and had taken on board my requests. Really happy with the service. Comfortable bed, nice shower, good amenities. All worked well. Easy to park car.

Just a little disappointed that we had told them at check out that we had not used anything from the mini bar to find a charge made to our card after we had left. I had to contact them to have it refunded, which they did apologise for, however we had something similar happen at their sister hotel in Colmar, so please do watch for this.

1) Very kind and helpful staff! 2) Nice ambiance as well which was great given that our room was rather small. 3) The location was also great, we were able to walk everywhere which was important to us.

1) Our room was not in the main building, so there was an additional "path" and locks in order to reach our room. As it was really cold, this just added additional steps to getting to the warmth of the room and took away a bit of the "hotel vibes". It was just a surprise, not a big deal though. 2) I am short, so the bed fit me - my boyfriend is taller (180cm) so he wasn't able to fully stretch out on it (but almost).

A nice hotel in a great location, with really lovely staff. The breakfast was varied and refreshed constantly. We stayed in an apartment, which was great for having more space to chill and to eat there when we wanted. It was a really spacious room with comfy beds, a great big bathroom and a little kitchen/eating area.

There was washing up liquid but no sponge/drying rack/dishwasher, so it was slightly challenging to actually cook/clean. We also had to ask for more teabags etc. as no more than the original 2 were given during the room cleaning over several days. However they were very happy to help us, so on the whole a very nice experience.

The hotel is in a great location without being in the middle of busiest streets. The staff were very helpful and went above and beyond. The room was comfortable and clean with all facilities and include a coffee maker. The stairs are steep so let the staff know if that’s an issue for you when booking. One part of the hotel has a lift. There is a small car park which can be booked. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of items (even a gluten free quinoa and rice cake) which were constantly refreshed by the staff. Hope to come back in the future

A nice, small hotel well situated close to the river, old town, cathedral and Petite France all just a few minutes walk away. Conveniently, the bus to the station runs along the quai nearby. The hotel has a great breakfast in a classic sunny room that was buzzing but not overcrowded. There was a great array of breakfast fare: charcuterie, cheeses, scrambled eggs and bacon, pancakes, croissants, pain au chocolate, cakes and a variety of breads, yoghurt fruit and cereals, various juices and spreads and good coffee (an essential) or other hot beverages. The service at breakfast was impeccable, with tables cleared and reset, and the buffet topped up with perfect efficiency.

The bed was a little too hard for my liking. The raised floor and dropped ceiling mean that the room I had (105) felt small and would be uncomfortable for tall people. In particular, when standing in the bath to shower I had only a handspan's clearance above my head (I'm 165cm). The wardrobe was a hanging space above a spot for your suitcase, fine for just one person but things would be tight for a couple.

This was perhaps the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in in the last week. Staff was superb, the room very nice and the bathroom even had a tub! Great quiet location close but not too close to the old city center. Breakfast was good and they had good bicycle parking although all the e-bikes take up too much of the space since it seems it is too difficult to hang them on the provided hooks. The staff at the hotel was able to find me an alternate spot for my non-e-bike so further kudos for that. I would definitely stay there again!

Only one small complaint and that was the step down directly outside my room door. Nearly rolled my ankle twice but I simply placed the trash can inside my door so that I had to slow down and think before I left the room and problem solved.

Fantastic air con. The weather was incredibly hot when we stayed but the room was cool on arrival and stayed cool all night. We slept so well which was a pleasant change from our earlier hotels. Staff really friendly and helpful. Breakfast delicious and check out easy. Would definitely recommend them to friends and visit again if ever returning to Strasbourg. Car park worth booking for convenience.

Location, room, outdoor patio, Staff. Booked a standard room, was upgraded to superior one without asking. My luggage was delivered into my room upon my return from a walk, since I arrived before the check-in time. I appreciated the historical building with modern touch, the location is simply fantastic: central but on a quiet street. The bathroom in my room was large- I have never seen one of that size in Europe in general. Impeccably clean and comfortable. The exterior patio is a great benefit. Breakfast room is lovely and produits bio are greatly appreciated. The options are ample. Absolutely enjoyed my stay, and this hotel will be my choice when I return to Strasbourg.
