Very decent. Near the tram station to Strasbourg (which, however, is a somehow long ride away). It is also next to a Lidl supermarket and not too far from a small shopping center and the Kehl town center. I really liked the breakfast. The room was small but everything was OK. Overall, I would stay again if once again I couldn't find a hotel in Strasbourg (I was there for work but it was during the Christmas market, so very busy period for Strasbourg).

The hotel needs refurbishment, it looks kind of shabby. On my first night there, it took a really long time for the water to get warm (it was OK the other 3 nights). The Wi-Fi was weak. It would be nice to have a vending machine in the lobby for a late night soda or something. Kehl is definitely not the most attractive town in Germany.

Breakfast was good; they offered both fried and boiled eggs, along with bacon, various types of ham, cheese, fruits and yogurt. The room was nice, though a bit small, and the shower room was also on the smaller side. The location is great for traveling to Strasbourg, with Tram D right next to the hotel. One standout aspect of our stay was the super friendly lady at the reception. She even lent us her own umbrella on a rainy day, which was greatly appreciated!

As I mentioned, both the shower room and the room itself are a bit too small, which makes it difficult to accommodate two large pieces of luggage.

Nice staff, clean, good location, nice breakfast, comfortable bed.

Bathroom was very small, a bit difficult to use if you are big. Parking is convenient but is used by drinkers and hooligans to party during week end nights. Quite noisy and on saturday morning I found my car literally surrounded by broken glass (smashed beer bottles) and vomit pools. Plus, the booking.com account of the hotel had been hacked and I was sent a phishing link for extra payment, when contacted, neither booking.com nor the hotel seemed to really care. "Yes we have been hacked. Be careful. Cancel your card if you have clicked on the link". Seriously I was expecting a more serious and robust response...

Very convenient to the Tram to get to Strasbourg Christmas Markets. Since our trip involved standby air travel I needed an easily cancellable hotel. The included breakfast was very good also. We also needed parking which was available

Great hotel for visiting Christmas Markets via the Tram.

The staff was incredible. I know about 2 words in German. They patiently worked with me to schedule taxis and deal with other issues. The food was great.

The rooms were smaller than I anticipated, but they were fine for what I needed: a place to crash while at work.

The hotel room was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The staff was nice and friendly. The hotel is right next to a tram station (tram D), which takes you to Strasbourg's town center in about 15 minutes.

I could keep my bike there. Rooms are comfortable. Breakfast choice is nice.

Communication ahead of arriving could be improved - didn't get any answer on my question, despite sending it twice.

What I liked the most was the good price-quality relationship. Also, the location is pretty convenient since the hotel is close to the tram that goes to downtown Strasbourg. The breakfast is an all-you-can-eat buffet. It's rather basic but still the food was very good. There is a Lidl and an Aldi right next to this place so that can be handy in case you need to buy something at a supermarket. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are planning on visiting Strasbourg or Kehl!

I like the space of the hotel rooms, the staff are very friendly and marvelous in assistance and response to all what we ask, rooms are clean and fully equipped with what the family traveller needs.

Shower is stupidly small with doors that hit you when trying to get in and out of the shower. Not ideal for actually showering
