Breakfast was excellent and very good coffee. Very friendly and helpful staff. Biking distance from Strasbourg city center to avoid traffic (and long red lights)

Train woke us up early morning while we had opened window over night, which was not necessary as rooms have AC. Also that restaurant was closed on Sunday was not the best as we liked a lot the restaurant, but wasn't problem to eat somewhere nearby.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff really nice and helpful. And on a Saturday it was all very nice and quiet. Our dog stayed with us free of charge. The tram to Strasbourg is just a short walk away and the area appeared quite safe, even if deserted.

The place is in the middle of the industrial zone, with no residential buildings around. On a weekend it was very calm, but very busy on Monday. There is an industrial train that goes right in front of the hotel and is started going up and down already on Dundsy night (I assume in preparation for Monday) and it was making a lot of noise. But wity the window shut it was bearable.

The price was fairly reasonable, compared to the ridiculous prices of hotel rooms in Strasbourg, during the Christmas Market period. However, it was still pretty expensive, for a hotel located in a small city (128€/night - I can usually find 3* hotel rooms cheaper than that in Paris). Good breakfast. Besides, the breakfast was offered with the room (for Genius Booking members), which is nice. The staff was nice and kind.

You can't check in and get your room before 16:30, that's quite late. Also, the staff doesn't speak French although the hotel is literally located 100m away from the French border. I speak English so it didn't bother me, though.

I liked the location. It's convenient to leave your car to the hotel and go to discover Strasbourg by tram. Tramstation was just a short walk away. The hotel had a nice little restaurant on the first floor that seemed to be popular among locals. They also served breakfast there. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Rooms are clean and have a good size and the staff is friendly. Tasty breakfast.

The breakfast, while overall very tasty, could be a bit more varied (i.e. more than 1 type of cheese). If you have a light sleep, you shouldn't sleep with open windows due to the noise of trucks/trains passing just in front of the hotel (the windows are well insulated so one can't hear the noise with closed windows).

The personnel was attentive and the rooms were clean. The beds were comfortable. There is a very nice restaurant in the same building and the breakfast (included) was terrific. The place is about 2 miles from the city center. Free parking on site.

Is a bit hard to reach if you don't have a car. But that's not their fault.

Very interesting hotel in industrial port location 10 mins from Kehl railway station on foot. Aesthetically Very pleasing and quirky...rooms lovely and comfortable. Food excellent. I would very happily stay here again. Excellent value for money. .Room a bit dark but staff immediately helped by giving me their own spotlight from downstairs .... I was v impressed.

The hotel exceeded all expectations, and the warm, attentive service . The room was elegantly designed, exceptionally comfortable, and impeccably clean. Dining at the restaurant was an absolute delight – the atmosphere was superb and the food simply delectable.

The rooms were clean and the personnel was very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was great! The tranquil neighborhood is what we were looking for. The restaurant downstairs is very nice. Free parking on-site.

If you don't have a car, it will be hard to find options for dinner.

Location was great for us, since we were visiting Strasbourg. Tram is few minutes away. Food is great, and everything is new and clean. Interior of the lobby and dining area is amazing. Staff is the best!! There is a big terrace outside, which is great for warm days :) Room was big.
