I really like this swim pool that they have in there playground 

I don’t like the breakfast that they offer so I asked them they reimbursement and they did properly without any problem so I had my breakfast in another place because I was expecting for some more variety of food

I like the location of the Hotel while it is a small and calming, Also the hotel is next to a very good Kids Park and the restaurant inside the hotel was very good.

Spa was very nice. Our suite was also nice the tub in the bathroom was great.

You need to request that the front desk set the air conditioning instead of being able to control it yourself. Seems odd.

We used this as a base to explore Europa park and it worked well!

Reception closes after a certain time, you need to ensure you get the door code before!

Visiting the hotel for many years, very nice, quite etc... but:

Spa was to Cold (both SPA's Bed was very very noisy, not worth for such a nice hotel @staf please fix this

The hotel is located besides a small woods in the beautiful countryside. Our room had a broad view of the farm and the peaceful village church. Children liked the playground and the pool. Rooms are very well cleaned and the cleaning staff are truly reliable.

Our duplex room had only one bed instead of one twin bed and one double bed as when we booked it online.

The pool was great and open from Morning Till evening, breakfast was good, the rooms were nicelly done, the beds were comfortable.

The wifi was not working and the reception could not help us. One of the rooms had a musty smell.

The Location, the Christmas vibe was perfect, close to Strasbourg Close to Germany border

Good breakfast in quiet location surrounded by farms, a good restaurant is attached with good food, but service was a bit slow.

The pool spa area was great. It was Sunday so the restaurant at the hotel was closed, ordered delivery food. The bed was very hard, not unbearable but hard, might be different in other rooms. It was a nice place to stay at all in all.

Mattress in our room was very hard
