Reception was very nice and accommodating. It was clean and a good value when compared to the rates in Strasbourg over Christmas.

Our first room had a horrible smoke smell. It was in the room, in the pillows etc. It was impossible to get a good nights rest (non-smoking room). The next morning we went to reception and explained the situation. She was able to find us a new room and even though the room wasn’t completely ready for us, we were able to put our suitcases in and come back to a fresh smelling room! It made all the difference!

La seule façon d'atteindre l'hotel depuis l'aéroport est le taxi: pas de navette, pas de transport en commun et impossible de marcher (trop long et pas de trottoirs) The only way to reach the hotel from the airport is taxi: no coach, no public transportation, impossible to go by foot (way too far and no sidewalk).

This hotel is perfect for being close to the airport, only 2 miles away. It was really clean and the shower was great. The breakfast was as good as a 4 star hotel with so much choice and all for 8.50 euros. The young man on reception was really great and ordered pizza and a taxi for us. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

We had a little trouble trying to book in on the outside screen but after reading the emails again we managed to get in. There was also assistance on an intercom. At least it made the hotel more secure.

All is just right as it is supposed to be. Late check in possible as well.

Location is but far from everything and it was poorly connected to the city. It is good place to stay over before your morning flight I guess. The breakfast we did not take but it seemed to be bit poor from what I have checked. That's why we were not tempted

Hotel room was small, but enough large for a two-day stay. It was clean, wi-fi working perfect. Breakfast is basic, but good enough to get refueled in the morning. Staff very friendly. Check-in went quick through. Don't forget that you should do check-in within time described

I was thinking to gave "very poor rate", as I didn't like the final price that I paid. At the end, I decided to give 9, as I slept well in a clean room. The only problem that I have is payment. My booking reservation included: (10 % VAT is included. € 0.77 City tax per person per night is included.). When I paid, they charged me additionally this amount. It was around 15EUR additional charge, unexplained. I tried to get info why I have to pay it, no clear answer at the reception. Probably this will be the reason why I will not go back to this hotel, even I like it for a short stay. If someone charged you different price, that was announced in booking confirmed page, then such place is not trustworthy. Who knows what will be next time with price and payment.

We stayed at room number 67. Room was really comfortable and clean. Size was good enough for 2 of us. Heating and hot shower were working properly. Car parking was really usefull. We checked in midnight, so reception was closed. So we checked-in by the machine; get the room number and key password by the system which was easy for us.

Sometimes we can hear the flush or drain system noise from other rooms at midnight, so we keep closed the door.

It was clean and comfortable.

The price was a bit pricy but comfortable nonetheless. I could hear the alarm at 5am in the room next to me, after a long flight, one would want absolute silence to be able to sleep peacefully. The breakfast was pricy for what was served.

It is a great hotel if you are travelling by car and need to stop for the night. There is plenty of free parking outside, a petrol station less than a km away and it is near the various motorways. The room is a decent size, it was clean and quiet and the wi-fi was decent. You can have breakfast there if you want but there are no restaurants, shops or cafes nearby and you are basically in the middle of nowhere.

Just a note that the young lady on reception Thursday 1st November at 9pm was lovely. She spoke with me in English as my preferred language, as funny, welcoming, informative, engaging and made me feel welcome and uplifted after 12 hours of travel. She is great and you should celebrate her. Now breakfast was also lovely. Fresh french bread and a great continental spread. I had coffee, breads, yoghurt, muesli, cooked meats, cheese, eggs and butter - a fantastic and delicious start to the day which kept me going until 3pm!

Nothing - it exceeded my expectations for the price and as an "airport hotel".

The room was quite nice, clean, and the facilities were good.

The problem is that it is still a bit far from the airport - since I had a 6 am flight it required an uber. Be careful if you rely on public transport.
