The staff friendly, the common areas nice, the room, bathroom spacious, breakfast is served from 7 to 10 a.m., overall it can be compared to other hotels that have 4 stars.

Larger selection or variety of breakfast. One evening, the parking lot was full. The shower holder in room 103 was broken.

Cleaning staff knocking on our door 35 minutes before check out time to clean. These things should be coordinated with reception to inform the cleaning services that the room is empty, before they try to go in, else it's just a nuisance. Cut down on 2 stars because of this, that's how disturbing it is. Car parking spaces are very narrow and not everyone parks properly, as a result some spaces are left empty where no car fits in on a already limited car park. We had a large suv and had to squish it near the wall, almost couldn't come out of the car. Not sure how the car next to us went out even. Other than these, all good.

The parking was easy. The reception staff very helpful with good English. The hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was quite large with a few nice touches and a mini bar. The shower worked well. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. I thought the hotel was really good value.

The hotel was good. My only negative comment would be that it took about 25 minutes by either Bus or Tram to the city center.

Spacious room and clean, we had a room for disable people, so it had allot of spaces. The breakfast had many tasty choices. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The carpark is not always available, since it's shared with a restaurant and the hotel. When we arrived on Friday evening, it was impossible to find a space due to the cars of the restaurant customers, we had to find a parking a bit further on the street. our room had a sewer smell coming from the bath room, we shared the issue with the staff, they tried helping us with some products, but it remained. We could hopfully close the batroom door and sleep well, but we could not enjoy very much the batroom.

The stuff in the night shift and in the morning were so nice. They speak good english and try help you as much as they can. We were late to check-in. They called us and informed us how we can do self check-in. They were nice to accept that my card is not working to pay the tax and they handle it next day before checkout. There is Halal shops around the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located not far from Strasbourg and offers all the basic amenities. The breakfast is good.

Some things in the room were broken, such as the sink, which was blocked and only fixed after I reported it. I suggest checking all these details when preparing a room. Additionally, boiled eggs would be a good addition to the breakfast menu. Lastly, the room we booked for a family of four was a bit small.

- there is always some unpleasant smell in the hotel lobby and the room so we have to keep the window open for fresh air. - Hairdryer is very old and weak although it still works. - check in time is very late at 17hrs compared with most of other properties at 14hrs

The room was clean, nice looking and comfortable. Nothing spectacular but very decent. There was no. Oise from other rooms which is nice. There is ample parking space and the breakfast is very good.

There was an ugly rusty radiator in the bathroom which needs replacing or at least a coat of paint but thats more nitpicking than anything else.

The hotel is very clean, the staff very friendly. The hot is located outside the center (40 minutes by bus). However the bus station is outside the hotel and it is very easy for a visitor to use it and go to the center.

The elevator was 3 out of the six days of my stay out of order. Also the wifi is not very good.

The staff was friendly and the town had several places for our family to eat meals. The hotel was located on the highway and it was close to Strasbourg. We were thankful that a front worker spoke English. The staff had made up the bed on the couch for our kids.

Our shower sprayed out of the tub and got the floor wet. If we had stayed a second night, then we would have asked for help.
