Room comfortable, great bed, great shower, kettle in room, easy parking, and a very good and helpful receptionist

Breakfast was disappointing. We came for breakfast at about 08.00, not many guests there, but the plates for scrambled egg and for bacon were empty, and did not get filled up while we were there. Also the bread was empty. There was fruit and yoghurt and cheese and ham, but it seemed as if nobody was checking what needed to be replaced. Normally Campanile breakfasts are excellent so this was a little disappointing.

The location is near to a bus stop that takes you into the old town. The room was comfortable, and the ac worked well. The bathroom was clean and there is an on-site restaurant. There is a pretty little village in walking distance of the hotel. Also there are some restaurants and bakeries nearby too

Was not within walking distance of Strasbourg old town.

Smaller than some but great as parking is close to the rooms and secure

The sat nav address stopped me at a residential property with a campanile sign outside of it and we then had trouble finding the actual site you need to put better signage up certainly on the green gates and then left into the buildings and more visible at night also it was very frustrating after a long drive to be looking for 30 minutes when we were very close to it

Nice place in the city. Relevant price and services. Breakfast was good. It is fine place. With this price as it is now I am suppose that this is valid maximum of service and all related stuff. Location is a subjective for many person, I am sure that this place is really not so far. Around 10 rather short bus stops from the central bus station - perfect fit if you take bus to another city next day.

Comfortable bed, clean and comfortable room. Secure parking. We arrived just before reception closed and staff were helpful with parking.

Arriving late it was dark and rather difficult to find where the entry was. I had rung to inform of our late arrival and late entry details were sent via Booking.com app. Instructions mentioned land marks to look for but in the dark this wasn’t so helpful. Staff were very helpful once we arrived at reception. It was just a bit difficult getting there initially.

Quiet but close enough to town for the bus, busses run every 15 mins. Hotel is 25 mins ride from town. Big, comfy beds and a decent breakfast multilingual staff and very accommodating. I bought perishable goods to take home and they let me use their fridge.

It’s very secure and clean, and the shower was probably the best I’ve had during our stay in various hotels around Europe. I also appreciated the kettle and various options for tea in the room.

The gate key provided didn’t work to get into the property, and when I left to get some food (on foot) I found myself locked out. The code worked to leave, though, but getting onto the property was difficult and a little more difficult than I would have liked. Silver lining: super secure!

Received a warm welcome and glass of Gluwhein. The lady at reception was very friendly and helped with local travel guidance. The room was comfortable and was very clean. Breakfast had a good range of options as well as dairy free milk. Would stay again.

Entrance was not clear. To reach the hotel we had to go through a gate that was meant for traffic that is leaving the premisses. It was not clear that we could use this gate. Price of breakfast is way to high. A simple bakery nearby is 75% cheaper

Great location for stopping on a big travel trip. Easy to get into the city and secure to leave your car. Great value for money, if your passing through it’s all you need without paying the price tag.
