Location and easy connectivity, double door underground parking, breakfast options, clean room and bathroom, comfy bed. Perfect for 1-2 night stay at reasonable price.

Airco was working but the regulator was not functioning correctly, it was working only if less than 15 or 16 degree while room temp was already much high. Only 2 soft pillows were given, I have stayed in other ibis that gave better firm pillows and extra ones. Room was bit small.

The staff were great especially the young lady on front reception in the afternoon..........absolutely fantastic customer service. Close to the tram for access to the city centre and secure parking underneath

No fault of the hotels, we weren't aware, when we booked months ago, that there was a soccer game and the supporters were very supportive when they got back!!!

Very limited breakfast without any vegetables like tomato and cucumber. If you can live with that then food was okay. Just hard boiled eggs, some cheap sausage/hotdog, cheese, ham and jams, granola, yoghurt and bread, cake. Coffee was good.

Not great selection for breakfast and no vegetables. Constant music in the lobby, even in work/play area so there is no work that can happen there.

Breakfast was quite good, but no bacon and sausages. Parking was good and easy, in secure garage under the hotel. Parking is not free but price is reasonable. Room was quite simple and room interior looks bit aged, but room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is good basic hotel, and was perfectly good for our one night stay. Just do not expect something fancy, you get what you pay for. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very kind and helpful staff. In 5 minutes walk there is a tram stop. Tram (A) takes you to the old city in about 15-20 minutes. The Spanish woman at the reception on 28th June helped us a lot, when we wanted to book tickets for flixbus. Thank you very much. You were really helpful and polite. The room was very clean. Very good breakfast.

The hotel room, although small, was clean. Tram stops are nearby, making it easy to reach any part of Strasbourg. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming.

Shower design — all the water ended up on the floor — and the lack of slippers.

Frendly staff. They provided my special request immediately right after I came to reception, even though they could reject me.

The location of the hotel was quite far from my buisiness activity over there, but there is a good connectivity with trams. But that also depends of the place where you are going to spend the most of the time in the city.

We spent Christmas there and we found a bottle of sparkling wine waiting for us with a nice message from the staff. That was a very nice surprise, even if I don't really drink. Downstairs you can find free tea, instant coffee and water. Safe parking was a plus too. You can also play table tennis and fußball there.

With Ibis Styles hotels, I'm never expecting much...but this one was way better than any previous Ibis Styles hotel I stayed in. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff was great. Breakfast was okay.

Could do with more warm food for the breakfast.

The staff did their very best to make as comfortable as possible for me and my family. I requested a special room for my parents while they are not so mobile any more (92 and 78 years old). I was very happy that my room was near my parents room, which was foreseen with all the accommodation needed.

The neighborhood was outdated and there were a lot of empty stores.
