The room was compact but very modern with comfortable beds and a sizeable TV, good WiFi and modern bathroom. It's really a standard Holiday Inn Express hotel: not fantastic, just good. Breakfast was better than expected. They allow you to park until the next day 14.00 so after staying for a night you can visit the city without having to move your car. Downtown is an easy 10 minute walk.

The parking garage is a building next to the hotel, accessible with your key card. So you first need to park at the hotel, check-in and only then you can get your car parked in a garage with smallish places.

We stayed for one night so the basic need was covered. It was pretty affordable and well located. We drove here with our car and stayed on a Saturday night so the parking in the area was pretty easy to find with no extra charge after 19h00 on Saturday night until Sunday. This was quite convenient but nothing that the hotel can guarantee.

The breakfast was really not of my liking. We stayed for tourism purposes and although it was included I highly recommend going to some local cafe if you want to eat nice food. If this is not your case and you don’t mind very basic food this can work. There were 2 elevators of which one only worked so we needed a long time to take it because the cleaning staff also uses the same one. We were in a 6th floor so we ended up taking the stairs.

The hotel is in a quiet part of the city, at 15 minutes walking distance from the city center. Breakstaf is pretty good: pankakes, eggs, sweeties. The room was well equipped. The staff was super helpfull The hotel overlooks a park and the Rhine Canal. There's a park silo just next to the hotel.

The closet space is very limited and our triple bed room size didn't allowed us to keep our suitcases opened. There's not possibility to park without paying. The distance from the city center is ok, but you have walk a bit, so be carefull if you have small children or you are people with reduced mobility.

Easy to get to by car and private parking was fortunately available in adjacent building. Lovely clean room, with a view of the canal, and only a short walk into the old town. The staff were lovely and provided much needed umbrellas for a walk in to the centre of Strasbourg - which was beautiful.

One lift was out of order when checking out, which was a bit frustrating as there was no sign and the other lift was constantly full. Waited 20mins and then had to carry our heavy suitcases down 4 x flights of stairs. These things happen, but signage would have been good idea.

We loved how clean it was and the breakfast was good! Our bed were comfortable, parking was cheap and having a parking garage right behind the building is nice. Very walkable into the city center. Very friendly employees and spoke great English. Had an ice machine! The TV is the room had YouTube and Netflix which was nice.

Didn’t like how our room was so small, our A/C did not work well at all. So we had to go out into town and buy a fan. Our room was very hot during the day from the sun shinning on the window most of the day. The smoking area could also be moved away from the front door to somewhere more private. My family does not smoke cigarettes and smelling it first thing when walking up to the front door is very nasty. The bathroom shower filled up fast and the bathrooms are very small!

The hotel is close to the city center 3 stops by tram(A,D) (from stop etoile bourse) and 6 stops far from gare centrale(.bus G).you can also walk to the center in 20-30 minutes.the room is spacious and clean ,the bed is comfortable even though the mattress is a bit firm but we had a very nice sleep!the staff is friendly and helpful and breakfast is good and varied!we enjoyed our stay!

No mini bar or fridge in the room.

Nicely located with a 15 Minutes walk to the city center. The hotel seems relatively new and has good facilities ( i like the big shower) and fast Wifi. The Parking is just next building and the bfast is ok for this kind of hotel rating. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

The rooms and the 2nd floor was hot during our stay 25.10. -26.10 i think the AC did not work properly on this day. When we were about to check out at around 10:15 am the housekeeper was already knocking our door which we felt was a bit off.

Very clean hotel. The breakfast was very good. The room, bathroom comfortable and clean . The distance from the center of the town it is about 15 min. on foot. Safety neighborhood.

The photos in the reservation form are common for any type of room. For example i made a reservation for a room with a balcony and finally i got one without.... The explanation from the manager it was " For families isn't available . It is available only for 2 persons".

It was clean and nicely located, just a little walk to the tram stop. The evening staff during our stay (Thursday to Sunday) were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was ok but nothing special. The parking is quite limited, so even though we had asked for parking we were actually very lucky to get it for think as I saw a few families being told that there was none left.

The hotel has very nice staff, the lobby/breakfast room is spacious and the breakfast was good. The television in the room supported Chromecast, so I could watch a movie streamed from my phone. The bed and shower were fine too, and the desk beneath the television was useful because I wanted to work in the evenings.

The air conditioning was turned to the coldest position when I entered, and it made some noise. So the first night I turned that off, but then I woke in the middle of night in a very hot room. The other nights I left it on, again on the coldest setting, but then it still was a bit on the warm side. I spoke to my fellow travelers who also considered the room hot, and who asked at the desk about it (I didn't), but apparently there was nothing that could be done about this.
