It was just right for what we needed,from the parking the facilities and the excellent breakfast,all but one of the staff were friendly and professional.

On checking in we were left waiting at the desk by a man because he was having a private telephone call,he even looked annoyed because he had to deal with us,even continued with his call while he dealt with us,I find this totally unprofessional,then we asked if we could use the pool and we were told there wasn’t one,it was only wellness that you had to be naked,we went around to the spa reception and was told we could use the pool without being naked,also the bar and restaurant doesn’t open on a Sunday,nothing about that was on booking.com maybe we may have chosen a hotel that did have a bar and restaurant that was open on Sunday.

We booked this hotel for visiting Strasbourg, it was close to the city, with a parking and breakfast. We didn't really plan to go to the SPA. But the price for the guests is very friendly, so we tried it. And we were pleasantly surprised to have such a good time in the SPA and pool with the amazing service. We had a nice clean big room, an excellent breakfast with a big choice. Very friendly staff. We could get some water and an apple for free. The SPA has a pool outside with hot water, several saunas. I think that we will come to this hotel again.

The showers in the SPA had no doors! Also, no men-women separating.

Very quiet area, great parking with electric vehicle chargers. Large room, good breakfast. Decent restaurant. Extra strong water pressure in the shower. Matress comfy. Woodden floor.

Staff at the breakfast quite rude, not friendly at all. Their manners should improve to match a level of a four-star hotel. Currently it's not the case. Pity. My room was not cleaned on the second day of my stay, no water replaced :( Found multiple long hair on the bathroom sink... No minibar or fridge. Spongy bouncy pillows.

The possibility for parents to relax while the kids have a lot of options for play and adventure. Unfortunately that was not the purpose of our visit here as our son was looking forward to swimming, which he couldn't because of some missing info on Booking.com Beds were lovely, room was spacious and the perfect temperature. The room was nice and quiet too.

we were specifically looking for a hotel with a swimming pool, as I disclosed on Booking.com that we would be traveling with a 9 year old child. When we arrived, it turned out the swimming pools that were listed were only available for 16+ years old. Nowhere on booking.com was this made clear, nor that it would cost extra. The staff were super friendly though and understood our son's disappointment so he was offered to enter the kids playpark for free instead. Other than the absence of the information on Booking.com that this is actually a Wellness hotel, we had a lovely stay.

The type of room i booked over Booking.com didn’t match the type i expected to find. I thought the “Studio” I rented came with normal hotel services, such as housekeeping and room service. The hotel said, however, it was a “Ferienwohnung” (holiday rental) with no service. It was a great room and good price for what we received, but not the room we expected.

Free parking with electric charger (for cost), good restaurant open until 22h. Clean room, comfy mat, window shade good. Room spacious, very clean. Quiet, calm surroundings.

Spongy pillow not so comfy so consider bringing your own pillow. Aircon cooling cannot be detected despite a dedicated button on the wall.

Perfectly located close to Strasbourg. You can go down town by tram which we did during the busy hours of the Xmas market. The facilities are brand new and include a nice spa (hamam, sauna, swimming pool) which you can access for just 10 euros. The breakfast was plentiful and everything was clean. There are also multiple chargers for electric cars.

Hotel Calamus greeted us with a clean neat room. One of rare hotels where the bathroom is so spacious that you don’t think about where to put your clothes that it remains dry. It’s one of the hotels where you feel comfort in details: incredible interior of the restaurant, huge choice in a breakfast buffet (incl Prosecco, fresh fruits and berries), complimentary bottles of water at check out. Everything breathes with freshness like the hotel just opened its doors a few days ago. Great experience!

nothing special to be mentioned. Just the location is not great. they also didn't serve dinner when we were there, which was also not pleasant.

It's a really good hotel. The staff were great, the breakfast was excellent. İt was warm in the room. Parking was big and comfortable. Location : it's only 10 km far from Strasbourg. And you can find a big supermarkets near hotel. A little bit expensive price for staying, but Christmas time is now. So everything was super. A little bit about comfort : İ didn't find a disposable slippers in the room... Thanks a lot for everything!
