Friendly staff, it's also possible to securely store your bicycle in the basement. The room itself was fine, if just a little bit aged, and nice that the shower and the toilet in the room are separated. I shared the dormitory with one other person so there was plenty of space.

You have to be aware that the accomodation is quite far from Strasbourg, this can be clearly seen from the given address and shouldn't be a surprise (this is also not the accommodation's fault). I was with a bicycle and it was no problem to get to/from Strasbourg centre. The shower worked fine but the shower head was leaking.

The facility is very big and safe, rooms are clean and the staff is very helpful, plus a great and cheap breakfast, thank you very much!!

It was very hot if you slept on the second floor of the bed, and a lot of mosquitoes, since someone forgot to close the window. However, I went to the reception in the middle of the night and got another room, thank you. And please, provide the soap!

Pros: Covered all the basics well. Friendly staff, welcoming environment. Nice seating area and bar. Hostel felt safe: gates outside and locks on doors. Good value for money.

Cons: Weird shower: had to keep pressing the button and couldn't regulate temperature. Location 10 mins from tram stop but the walk was in a very empty space with car parks, didn't feel completely safe walk, didn't feel safe going out after dark.

The location is very far from city, ~500 mtrs to nearest bus stop. But there is no street lights on way from bus stop to hostel, ~500 mtrs. Its scary to walk in pitch dark night as sun sets at 5pm, walking at 7pm feels so scary without any light as there are no houses between bus stop and hostel. The lady on second day was very supportive.

Receptionist was ignorant/non responsive initially.

The receptionists were very helpful, breakfast was buffet style (even though it was cheap, it was plentiful), even though it is a hostel, if it is not full, I think staff try to put you alone.

The shower heating did not seem to work after a certain time, had to have a cold shower. The venue had a teenager camp, and they made a lot of noise.

Much quieter than we were expecting at night for such a big hostel with lots of young people staying. The surrounding park was very nice and you can even walk across a bridge to Germany! Very reasonably priced for a private room with a great included breakfast!

The private room shower room + sink was a wet room which was a bit annoying for getting your feet wet every time you had to use the sink. It also smelled quite bad. Is a little far out from the centre; you have to get a bus/the metro and walk quite far to reach the hostel.

I travelled alone, sharing a room with ensuite facility in the hostel with 2 others. The room was very quiet, my room mates also quiet, bed was comfortable, and everything very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. A good breakfast was included. The other residents of the hostel were quiet. I felt very comfortable staying there, enjoying my 1 night stay. I arrived on a TGV from Paris Gare de l'Est and the hostel is a city bus ride (maybe 20 minutes) away from the train station. The bus terminus is about a 15 minute walk from the hostel.

Nothing, I was very pleased with my stay.

It suited my purposes, as somewhere cheap and warm with a kitchen, for an overnight stay on my path. Reasonable breakfast. Beds prepared. Bathroom accessible without corridor walk.

Some of the fixtures are a little tired and in need of maintenance. The guest kitchen is very small. Plastic mattress. A long way from grocery stores.

The place is incredible, very big, complete, the rooms are great, extremely clean, the breakfast is delicious and there's a beautiful view! One of the best hostels I've ever stayed in.

The shower, I don't know if I used it wrong, but it only stayed on for a short time, around 30 seconds, so you had to turn it back on several times. I think this system is great for saving water, but it could be longer!

I did not expect much but everything was quite nice. Since it was not so crowed, there was only me in the room and it was clean. The breakfast was tasty.

The location is not convenient. Even with public transport, I still had to walk 20 minutes in the park to reach the hostel.
