I am a frequent returning client. This hotel's choice is balanced between service, quality, and location. It was not my last visit. I recommended the place to my colleagues, and their feedback was very positive and comparable to my opinion on the balanced advantages.

I am less of a fan of the rooms located in the hotel's extension. They have the advantage of being super silent because they are not exposed to the street and have more spacious bathrooms. Nevertheless, they are also much darker, as the only outside lightning comes from the glazed door, which is often covered by a curtain. It's better not to be claustrophobic.

The room size is perfect for 1 person. The breakfast is fantastic. The location is excellent, only 3 minutes to the Train Station. The Staff is so friendly. Overal was fantastic for me.

My room of staying is number 1 and really closed to the Restaurant/Coffe shop (inside the restaurant). And at night, if the staff need to do their work and puttting all plates and glasses away, please do it a bit earlier or do it a little quieter at night because it was so close to my room and a bit noisy. And I can hear them so well.

The staff were so helpful and friendly.Water or tea/coffee was free. Probably the best breakfast ever,well laid out in a lovely room.So much choice and fresh! The hotel is just around the corner from Petite France and the centre is just a short pleasant 12/15 minute walk.Step out of the station and the hotel is just a few minutes away.

The standard room is small but cosy clean and modern.I couldn’t complain about anything really!!

Amazing hotel with outstanding customer service. The hotel is very clean and fresh, located only a few minutes' walk from the central station and the town center. I arrived early in the morning and couldn't check in as the room wasn't ready. However, the staff were incredibly accommodating. They offered me coffee, water, and a place to change. When I finally checked in, I was delighted to find a chocolate bunny on my bed, as it was Easter weekend. Later that day, I wanted to attend a football match, and one of the staff members, Soraya, went absolutely out of her way to help me book the tickets. If the management of this hotel is reading this review, Soraya deserves a huge pay rise.

The hotel was clean with modern features. The sparkling water and detox water in the lobby was a bonus. Breakfast was amazing with many choices of pastries, cereals, fruits, even omelettes and quiche! The staff were very helpful and able to assist us in our travel plans. The location was perfect, a close walk to the train station in one direction and an 10 minute walk to Petite Venice and the Cathedral in the other direction. We were very happy with our 3 night stay at Mercure Strasbourg and would highly recommend it!

Mainly the location as we travelled around the Christmas Markets and Cathedrals to take photos. The room size is great for two adults, shower and toilet facilities are kept clean and tidy. Excellent walking distance back to the hotel, during the evenings after visiting the Christmas markets. Would recommend booking at this location in advance. To have a great Christmas experience with friends and family.

There are many hotels close to the station and this is a safe bet! Walking distance to the station. Easy. Easy check in and room small but cosy for 1 person. Nice to have a kettle in the room. Mercure is trying to be sustainable and this is a positive step. Nice to have water in the lobby (bring a flask),, coffee and there is even a small gym. Breakfast was good with freshly squeezed orange juice. My TV wasn't working and lady in reception helped immediately and offered a new room. Room was quiet. Will stay again!

The location is quite good between the train station and the city center; many museums of Strasbourg are reachable within minutes; the included breakfast was very good, however it can get crowded depending on the time;

Charged 15€ per day for a very small dog (Pomeranian); the parking garage is approx. 5 minutes away, but keep in mind that it is not the nicest area; the hotel is very basic;

- Breakfast selection was good but there were far too many sweet options (cakes and sugary stuff, and we would have preferred more savoury options) - A couple of things in the room were broken upon arrival but as we only used the room as a base for three nights so it didn’t bother us much

It was my first time in Straßbourg. My room 304 was very comfortable for a single Person. Very clean. The room was small but most of the time I was experiencing the city. So I just came for sleep😊 The Staff was very nice and helpful. They also recommended me some sights. I will definitely come back. Nous nous reverrons! Merci

There is no complaint here. Like I said my room was very small. Good for a single Person. For people who need more bigger rooms, ask for it. And the vegan choice for breakfast is not given.
