The Aparthotel has an amazing reception with the kindest staff and a lovely environment. The room itself is spacious with comfortable beds, extra pillows and great temperature control . The kitchen has everything you need and the bathroom was lovely. 10/10, definitely recommend

Nothing, it was perfect

I was there to attend a conference that took place at the campus of the University of Strasbourg at the Blvd Sebastian Brant. The way from the hotel to the conference is easy walking distance (15-20 min) but you can also take the tram that stops directly in front of the hotel. If I am informed correctly, the tram also serves Strasbourg city center. The "room" we were in was more like a apartment comprising a bathroom (shower over bath), a bedroom with a double bed, a second room with TV and pull-out sofa and a corridor with a kitchenette. This room could sleep at least three if not four persons. The breakfast was very extensive for French standards. We were surprised that the eggs were serviced raw and you had to cook (i.e. either boil or fry) them yourself. The hotel also has spacious parking for 6 EUR/night although we were lucky and found a road parking place nearby. The personnel was very friendly and spoke not only French but also English. The price was extremely reasonable.

If you are looking for a luxury hotel this is not the place to go to. While the breakfast is good, the breakfast room is rather tiny.

Parking could be for free. In the back of the hotel there is a roadside space for free parking, and the reception would tell you the same. However parking in a private fence would charge 6 euro, which looks more secured though. The room is basic but good enough for one night stay. It has an oven, microwaves, and cooking utensils for making food, just no spices. Checking in and out is smooth. But it charged a deposit one day before we arrived. We still had to pay when we checked in. It is said that the deposit would be returned in a few days.

The cooking wares and utensils are not clean. Looks like the previous guests didn't clean them carefully. We had to wash dishes before we cooked.

Great studio apartment, spacious, tidy & clean. Really loved that the kitchen & bathroom was separated from the bedroom. Staff were friendly, helpful & polite. Location is excellent right by the tram into town. Excellent price for such a big studio.

Only one small issue but just being picky, the utensils, plates & cups are all in a top cupboard & very hard to reach when you are short but it is very well equipped.

The room was on the ground floor and the front door was entered by code after closing hours. A train station is straight outside the door and you can easily get to the centre of Strasbourg by catching the A train at a price of 2.2 euro each. There was a small kitchen area to cook your own meals if you want, very clean. A little out of the way from shopping, but there is a good restaurant 5 minutes walk that serves large meals. No cost parking at the back but on a dirt plot or park behind a fence for 6 euros.

Wonderful staff. Very helpful and friendly. The breakfast bar and entrance area were modern and agreeable.

Unfortunately, the smell coming from the bathroom drains spoilt the charm of this very well situated and ideally equipped apartment hotel.

I had a pleasant stay in a nice size room with air con. The staff were helpful and friendly. Excellent proximity to public transport.

The bed was uncomfortable. No kettle, I only found out on the last day that I could collect one from reception. The information sheet was hidden next to the microwave. The TV kept popping up with a window to update, I reported it, they 'fixed' it, but the problem remained. Someone was smoking in the room below mine on the 1st floor, the smoke drifted up through my window.

Spacious rooms and everything was clean. The tram stop was right outside the building and the breakfast had a variety of foods

Long walk through the parking garage to access the parking lot. The for alarm was on the entire stay

Good location for overnight. Gated car park with access code. Good variety available at breakfast. Close to Auchan and fuel for stocking up. Bright airy room with big windows - great for watching the trams zooming around!

No extractor in bathroom.
