The bed was really comfortable, the TV was huge, the bathroom was really nice! We slept really well. The modernity of the equipment have to be mentionned, it’s really nice to be able to show from the interior of you don’t want to be disturbed or if the room needs to be cleaned just by the touch of a screen. Also the rolling electric shutters is something that is so rare in a hotel that it’s really worth to be mentionned.

There were some suspicious stains on the curtains next to the bed and some other on the glass of the shower, this shouldn’t have been overlooked. But that’s about it.

Nice, clean and modern hotel in the center of Rust, about 15-20 minutes walk to Europapark. Also busses available. Limited parking space, but electric charging possible. Very good air-conditioning. Domotics available. Smart-TV. Very good window screens. Spacious room and bathroom and (rain)shower. Swimming pool available. Friendly staff. Extensive breakfast. Outside dinner is possible.

Bit unclear what the timetables for a bus ride for the Europapark and Rulantica were. Not possible to enter the breakfast/dinner area outside breakfast/dinner times. Bit sterile atmosphere.

The hotel staff was wonderful and the service was truly exceptional, with a warm and personal touch. I really enjoyed the breakfast – it was tasty and more than enough. Everything suited my taste perfectly. The girls loved every moment in the pool. Yes, it’s a small place, but it’s very comfortable and convenient. We had a great time!

The bed was too hard for us.

Family of three traveling to Europa park. Room was nice and clean. We had two beds. We had breakfast and dinner there every night. The pool was great. There is a bus stop we used to go to Europa park.

It was busy when we went. Service was a wait but still very good. I had lasagna and it was huge! I could only eat half. My husband and child had schnitzel and it was good. We needed towels for the pool. We had to ask the front desk for more.

Im my opinion the best hotel in Rust, the hotel room is modern and has all the facilities needes for the stay, the important thing in this hotel is that in has a very effective and cold air conditioning system which makes you really relax and feel comfortable during the summer season, also the windows has shutter system which you can close and no lights can come in. Breakfast is okay also, the hotel has elevator which makes it easy moving the suitcases up and down. people at the reception are very nice and friendly, thank you so much

nothing i can think of

Staff was very friendly at both the reception and in the restaurant. Room was super modern and felt like it was built with quality materials. Really nice layout to the room as well. If you want to just wake up and walk to the Europapark entrance it's less than 30 minutes. It's also very close to two bus stops if you want to go that route. (The local bus driver I had both times was a little grumpy but he's dealing with hundreds of disorganized families a day, so just keep things moving if you get on one)

Breakfast buffet was somewhat pricey for a breakfast buffet but the ingredients were top notch and fresh so you won't be disappointed if you want a solid breakfast.

Ideal location, 20 minutes to Europa Park on foot, surrounded by places to eat of an evening. Pool and hotel bar/restaurant were great value for money too. There’s two super markets 10 minutes walk away. Free local bus to Rulantica ever 30 mins. The staff couldn’t do anymore for us, they even added balloons and beers to our room for my boyfriend’s birthday. Bedrooms were huge and had everything we needed. Honestly couldn’t fault it.

Thé rooms were bright and really lovely - the lights in our room could change colour which was sweet. The breakfast was nice - fresh waffles, fruit, cereal, charcuterie style food. Staff was also very helpful with directions and answering queries. They also have a bar and evening restaurant - our room had a lovely view of the pool and so close to Europa Park and Rulantica

Nothing - no complaints, lovey hotel and would come back again.

pool was great rooms were clean

no drinks or food avalible in the day before 18:00 which was a shame not to be able to get a drink at pool. And rooms not very well isolated we could hear the room next to us watching a film all night. You pay 10 euro to park your car but can’t leave it there during the day which isn’t great.
