The owners were friendly and welcoming us. We enjoyed the pool as super clean cool and refreshing. Dinners were great, all local farmed produce (cottage cheese with tomatoes and fresh green salad + delicious varities local ham & cheeses) plus from their garden the vegetables and strawberries. yummm and filled our hunger to the perfection. no need of any other. bravo for marina and didier. Breakfast was super the orange jus was so fresh, yogurt was originally from the closed farm. local beers were so greattaste as well.

The property is an authentic, rustic farm converted lovingly and carefully into a tasteful, comfortable and beautiful place to stay by the owners who have clearly put every effort and love into the renovation. They are also impeccable hosts who treat their guests like friends, taking care to remember our names. Maison D’Orride sits at the end of a track, with wonderful views of the Pyrenees. Leon the dog was there waiting for us, a gentle giant who my daughter loved. For dinner, we ate in the courtyard which has a beautiful acer tree. Marina made us a delicious pork, potato and aubergine dish followed by local cheeses and an amazing chocolate fondant. The wine was locally sourced. Breakfast was fresh fruit, yoghurt, breads and freshly baked cakes each morning. The pool area was spectacular with its views of the mountains and the whole property is incredibly clean and tidy. There are some “house rules” such as not to eating in rooms but with a property like this, it’s entirely fair. We loved it, thank you!

It is quite clear that the owners Marina and Didier put their heart in this project and created a little paradise for visitors of the Bearn country. The comfortable rooms are decorated with great taste and down to the last detail providing a cozy environment and views to the Pyrenees mountains. Weather permitting one can also enjoy the lovely pool in the garden. The food (table d'hotes) prepared by Marina was excellent and based on local delicacies. They were also very kind to prepare a birthday cake for my friend who had her birthday that night.

An amazing and unique find - a special place. The opportunity to enjoy dinner and wine - is one not to be missed. The setting is super, the food fabulous, and the local wines and beer are brilliant. Canyoning - and the 'fast becoming famous' 22 zip-wire adventure above the canyon - were hugely memorable adventures (within 50 minutes drive).

this is a beautiful place to be and very central in the Jurancon nice swimmingpool with an incredible view of the Pyrenees the owner is very precise and clean good breakfast and for one evening diner was prepared for us I would recommend this accommodation

Very nice accomodation with tasteful designe in the most beautiful country-side. I love this area in nature which I didn't know before.The owners are most kind and provide many useful information. They have a common room(breakfast room) in which you can make coffee and tea and use a frige. It was winter time and there was nice wood burning stove. They have a swimming pool, nice garden, beautiful view, and a nice old-fashion Gym as well. The breakfast was good and they provide nice dinner as well upon request. I'd love to visit in spring to do hiking.

Not much. At the first visit , the path(trail) to turn to go to this accomodation was a bit difficult to find in dark.

Peace and tranquillity. Perfect attention to detail, nothing too much trouble for the owners. Pool and gym delightful and rural setting with views of the Pyrenees extraordinary. Breakfast and dinners using very local and organic produce were special. The few rooms are so very well appointed. Whole place full of character.
