Nothing as I never stayed in the hotel because Booking .com had not notified the hotel reception of my booking. It was not on their system. When I arrived they had no room for me . The staff who were very professional helped and found me alternative accommodation locally The problem was it was double the price of my original booking. I would like to lodge this complaint to your company I had driven 600 Kms that day and was tired and exhausted only to find my booking was not confirmed by the hotel Booking .com .made the mistake and not the Hotel Villefranche Sur

Booking.com failed to reserve my room yet you sent an email to confirm the booking was complete

We were en route for the south and we always stop at Villefranche. Great location near motorway but also we love the banks of the Saône just down the road. Courtpaille restaurant is good and great value for money

Toaster did not work properly and the bacon was not great. This is a very minor issue.

2 minutes from the highway, good parking space unless you arrive late 😉 Clean room with enough space for a short stay. Excellent staff, professional, efficient and friendly, a rare find nowadays. Fair restaurant right next door.

Wall to wall carpet throughout the whole hotel, which I don't care for for hygiene reasons. The air conditioning in my room needs maintenance for it was extremely loud.

Very friendly helpful staff, comfortable room, just what we needed as a base for the weekend.

The lighting levels could have been better especially in the bathroom as the wall colours were so dark

Ideal location next to peage, staff work very hard. Excellent English spoken at reception. Good breakfast,eaten outside. Dinner is good value for money. Hotel as very full but quiet at night.

Service was slow at dinner. Hardworking efficient staff could not fully compensate for staff shortage for full dining room.

Staff very helpful. Decor a bit tired and worn but rooms fine for an overnight stop and convenient location just off the autoroute. Excellent breakfast. Dinner in the grill was ok too.

Perfect location close to motorway for stopover on way to Calais after a day's skiing in the Alps. Great breakfast.

No complaints. It does what it says on the tin.

The restaurant was a real bonus. We did not expect much but the quality was outstanding. I had a Caesar Salad that was probably one of the best I have had and my wife had a smoke salmon salad that was also superb. My son and his friend had the burger which was excellent. The service was also spot on.

All very good and great value for money.
