Breakfast was excellent, partially made to order. Housekeeping was immaculate. The location was great in two ways: First, having a car, Grimaud was a perfect base for visiting every place in the area, without the noise and crowds of the ports. Within Grimaud, nearly everything was within an easy 2-3 block walk. The room was quiet, spacious and spotless. The B&B had a wonderful history. In May we always could find parking within 2-3 blocks, and it was both safe and free. We didn't use the balcony.

Seriously, no complaints. If B.com demands text, historic renovations sometimes require compromises. The toilet was off one corner of the room, the sink and shower/tub were opposite. This is atypical, but in our opinion it just added a bit of quirky character.

the breakfast was delicious with croissants and baguette from a local bakery as well as homemade yogurt and jams, granola, coffee and tea. He even had almond milk for my coffee. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and things to do and went so far as to call the vineyard to check on tours since we were in the shoulder season. He had a great resource of travel books to share. He was able to do a load of laundry for a fee returning the folded cloths that evening allowing us to use our time for sightseeing. His house is an amazing museum of beautiful antiques, exotic art and eclectic collections. Grimaud is not commercial or touristy but he told us of an antiques market on sundays.

Patrice and La Maison du Prince were wonderful in every way. Nothing bad to say at all!

Most charming place I ever stayed in. It felt like a true provençal home. The view from our spacious room over the old rooftops with St. Tropez in the background was stunning. Patrice took care of us every morning at breakfast time and is a very capable and welcoming host. Perfect! Plus: during our stay there was a full moon rising above the Bay of St. Tropez!

I can only recommend this hotel to everyone; it is beautiful, has attention to detail, and the absolute highlight is the owner Patrice! Very courteous, extremely friendly, and really tries to fulfill every individual wish. The area of Grimaud is beautiful and is also a great opportunity to explore the famous wonderful beaches of Saint-Tropez by car! In summary, 10/10 and a definite recommendation.

Patrice the owner was just great, very very helpful. Breakfast was good quality produce, well presented, room and house were beautiful. This village and B and B are little gems. Some great places to eat.

Transport to and from village can be tricky if you don't have a car, just do some public transport research before you go. But it's well worth it.

Freshly served breakfast . Location very central in Grimaud with restaurants within easy walking distance . Free parking available nearby and was perfectly safe. The house has an interesting history and olde worlde design inside. Patrice is a great host with useful advice.

Some external noise at times but you would expect that in the middle of the village . It didn’t bother us as it was generally quiet.

This charming property was perfectly located in the lovely village of Grimaud, with easy access to other towns (St Tropez, Fréjus, etc.) Patrice, the host, was friendly and knowledgeable about restaurants and activities in the area.The property itself is beautifully decorated and comfortable. We actually chose to stay in Grimaud because the pictures and reviews of this inn were so great, and it exceeded our expectations! STAY HERE!

Fabulous location in centre of village. Property has kept original features but allowed the comfort for visitors. Welcoming host (with good communication nearer to date of stay) who keeps exceptional clean rooms. It is a quiet house which allows for privacy on return after a busy day out. Breakfast was superb for us and owner happy to accommodate any requests. Owner is thankfully knowledgeable about the area and offers good recommendations. Superb restaurants with an excellent quality in the village and all a short stroll away. A fabulous three day break and would be more than happy to return.

The whole experience was just fantastic. Patrice is the a great host, he cares about every detail, is very helpful and kind. He puts a lot of effort and soul into his place. We were feeling very welcome there. Also worth to mention great welcome from Gerard who greeted us on the arrival day. The house is very clean and has unique style which matches perfectly with the town it is located in. You feel nice and cosy. Breakfast was also fantastic with all locally sourced, organic food. All served on a lovely outside terracce. Location is great in the heart of Grimaud which is one of the best small towns in this region. The whole experience is highly recommended.

Patrice was so welcoming and kind. The structure is a little gem. very clean and tidy. Our room was very cosy and the bed very comfortable. We felt at home away from home. Thank you Patrice.
