The studio/cabine was very clean, silent and convenient. The check-in went very fluently, the airco worked perfectly, you can easily park the car in front of the studio and the swimming pool was very accessible, well located and maintained. The nearby town of Grimaud is definitely worth a visit, has a few nice restaurants and the InterMarché supermarket is only a few minutes away by car and has all you need.

The reception was closed on Sunday. I had expected that at least during the weekend it would be open. For us it was not an issue as we took the car to visit several places, but you can't leave the property for a quick walk to a village, beach or so. Leaving the property you have to go via a small entry road which allows only traffic in one direction.

Very nice residence with only one floor, good location ( 5min drive to Port of Grimaud, Saint Maxime, 15min drive to Saint Tropez, nice grocery shops few minutes drive away). A hedge around the pool for discretion was good idea! We liked that property has a lot of palms and other trees! A crossable path surrounds the buildings and allows you to access your apartment. Privacy enabled with the access code to the residency. The apartment is well furnished and the living room size ok. We were accommodated in Studio. All the necessary kitchen equipment is provided. Pool spotlessly cleaned and heated ( we have visited the place end of May). Whole residency area is cleaned and maintained well. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Just a small suggestion: A light on top of the sign should be placed at the main road showing the way to the residency for the people coming at night.

A great location if you have a car. Fantastic pool. Lovely room, self catering, excellent aircon (with 36C outside). Very helpful staff. Loved it, wish we'd stayed longer! Explored the area, had a great time.

I think it's the first stay ever where we had to make our own bed, on a sofa bed. Was fine, just different. Oh, and the pool was a bit warm at 33C! Sign of the times.

Beautiful garden and pool. Gated complex, with tennis, football and kids play area. Very relaxing for parents and superb for kids.

Lovely bathroom, but shower pressure needs attention. A little more storage would be great in the apartment ( e.g. more hooks and shelves).

Conveniently located about 20 minutes from Saint Tropez. Beautiful compound with nice swimming pools. Good for families with kids. Private parking with easy access to the building.

Slow WiFi and almost no 4G/5G coverage.

We liked the swimming pool

It lacked some essential like blow dryer, dish soap. And others items easily found in other places. The place is a bit in the middle of nowhere so if you are not driving a rental or your own car, you are stuck there. The address found in booking was not correct and the Uber driver left us about 3 blocks away from the place and we had to carry our luggage through dirt roads. There was not clear communication about this when booking it. We have been visiting many towns in The French Riviera and this one was our way to pay less, but it is not worth it because you will spend a lot in moving around unless you have a car. A place in st Maxine would have been more accessible if not wanting to pay st tropez prices.
