Fantastic hotel. The hotel is basically perfect. The room, service and the amenities are clearly worthy of a 4* hotel. Check-out is at 12:00, which means you can dive into the pool and after shower and check-out. Which is very nice on hot days.

The thing we disliked was the public transport connection with Saint-Tropez. Don’t bother, get a Uber/Bolt/Taxi. This is the reason the hotel doesn’t get a 10/10, but a 9/10.

Plenty of parking, comfy bed, fridge in room. Good value considering where you are! Helpful and friendly English speaking staff. Great breakfast! (Warm madeleines yum!) Lovely loose leaf tea and I am fussy! Fruit you can take away, We didn't use the pool but looked lovely and was cleaned every day.

Bathroom a bit small and water tended to go on the floor from the shower and soak the floor towel. We had a standard room so the superior rooms may have had better bathrooms. However, cleaner happy to replace the towels.

Lovely hotel, staff were attentive. Listening to one of the staff play the piano was lovely. Breakfast was lovely. There is a lovely hyper market and brasserie just across the road which was very useful. Pool was lovely too!

The location is a pain if you’re not hiring a car. Public transport is unreliable. A kettle to make some drinks in your room would be much more useful.

I liked Gilles Gaillard he is awesome, cogolin and grimaud was so satisfying and the atmosphere of the hotel was so nice. breakfast was sufficient and balanced. Pool was so cute.

A bit more variety for breakfast would have been great and at times was a bit slow to replace finished dishes.

IBIS quality, meaning, great bed and shower. Basic but functional room. Great location, right in from of a huge Leclerc. Close to Saint Tropez (by car). Free flavoured water at the lobby. Good pool. Very nice staff (both at front desk and cleaning). Parking places always available. Will stay there again!

At the pool, there should be a way of avoiding sinking the feet in a water tank, at the entrance.

It was a good property. Great design. Good restaurant and bar. Helpful staff

It was far from St. Tropez and Gassin. If you decide to stay here be prepared to not to be able to anything once you reach the hotel.

Good location. Easy parking & check-in. Staff polite. Pool nice & warm for October! Did not have breakfast but it looked pretty good from a far!

Shame pool was not built on other side, as heavy traffic close by, not very relaxing! Be careful which room to book as could be noisy with traffic.

Onsite parking, short walk into village with a great craftbeer bar. You know what you get- ibis quality. No surprises. Staff was super friendly

The hotel might want to check with the Ibis St charles . the mattreses there were very comfortable
