Many great things about the hotel - its location - a 10 min walk to St. Tropez Ferry, closer to some local beaches; near many restaurants, but still in a quiet location; very clean room, AC, well designed/organized; nice breakfast available in pleasant outdoor location or indoors - coffee, bread/pastries, yogurt, cheese, ham, fresh fruit, OJ was available each day. Wonderful husband and wife owners, helpful and hospitable, and they had friendly dogs whom I adored :~) ; great breakfast staff and cleaning staff as well. we will return here on our next trip to Sainte Maxime!

Our room was tight, as accurately described in listing, but still a bit cramped. We did have a terrace overlooking the hotel's interior courtyard, this was quite pleasant.

This is a simple, but charming, family-run hotel in the heart of St. Maxime. The owners were exceptionally helpful in assisting us to figure out parking, buying tickets for the ferry to St. Tropez, etc. Hotel is centrally located with easy to find public parking near-by and just 1 block from St. Maxime's public beach. The hotel also has a nice, quiet inner courtyard where they serve breakfast, which is a nice way to start the day.

Could have used just a couple more options for breakfast (hard boiled eggs or granola and milk, for example).

Great place, would truly recommend. Location is the best possible: it's right in the city centre, right next to the city beach, and 50m from Theatre de la Mer bus station - however, it's just far enough from the main busy streets with restaurants, so it's calm and quiet at night. AC is powerful, which is was very important for us. There is daily room service. Hotel generally feels nice and clean, even though of course it's an older building and older hotel. We were checking in late in the evening and the property provided us with full information about how to get in.

Not all of the electric sockets worked.

The location was excellent, the breakfast was great and home made baked goods just delicious with the cup of coffee. The staff was very friendly and responsive, and made s great recommendations for our trips.

It is a little outdated. Upgrading the shower and making the balcony a little more inviting would be great. The lounge chairs were dirty from birds poop and there were no pillows to put on them, so we couldn’t really use it.

The hotel is hosted by a super nice family. They can also speak Spanish and were really welcoming, helpful and easy to talk to The hotel has a strategic location, one block away from the city center, from the beach and from the bus stop that takes you everywhere. Great value for money as you can reach Saint Tropez as well from the harbor near the hotel that takes only 15 minutes to cross to the other Coast. The beaches are also nice in Saint Maxime. I'd definitely recommend this place and probably go back here.

Nothing serious to highlight.

The hotel is located in the center of a beautiful small town. Everything is within walking distance. Since we were traveling by motorcycle, the parking right next to the hotel was very convenient. The room itself is quite small but had everything needed for an overnight stay. Also, as we arrived after the designated check-in time, the very kind owner arranged everything for us — the keys, and the room was ready so we could settle in without any complications. Highly recommended.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Really near the beach, bars and restaurants. But even with this close proximity the hotel was quiet and peaceful. The owners of the hotel were lovely and very helpful.

My room had a small balcony which had the AC unit on the wall. This gave out a slight petrol smell so I couldn’t fully enjoy the balcony. But this was my only negative.

My room #23 was remarkable (even though it was too expensive) with a small tub, mini fridge and kettle, A/C and flat TV but above all a huge terrace like the whole room with a table, chairs and sun loungers with a glimpse of the sea view in the distance. The kind owner welcomed me with a bottle of cold water and booked me a discounted ferry ticket.

Great interior decoration, nice breakfast at the yard under a lemon tree, fresh grounded coffee, a bit of everything for breakfast, fruit juices, yogurt, baguette, crossant, fruit gel, cakes, chocolat cakes… very kind stuff and great service. Very good location, walkable distance to ferry quai, restaurants, beach and the tourism office where you can find some quality souvenirs. You can buy ferry ticket for Saint Tropez from the hotel front desk.

At the end of September, with comfortable weather, AC is not necessary. No experience in summer here yet. I guess they must have other solution.

Very centrally located, so you’re right in town. the owners were extremely nice and very helpful. Very kind people that went out of their way to help. The place is very nice, with a comfortable bed. Highly recommend, no problems during the stay.
