Good location. Very clean. Good towels and bedding. Ac works nice.

There is no front desk. Self check-in. If you have difficulties at the check-in, it is laborious to get help—long response time and not very responsive. Wifi doesn't work in the room (upstairs) and we only got the password the next day. Would go back but would ensure to get good communications with them before booking.

the warm welcome; the check-in process; the delicate interior decoration; the delightful breakfast with fresh fruit from the garden; the quietness of the bedroom (away from the street).

The room interior furbishing seemed somehow incomplete : kettle on a table with no available socket, for instance); very limited equipment in the bathroom (no place to hang towels or store toiletry bags).

Room was spacious and clean. There was an air conditioner which helped us during heatwaves :) Bathroom was also clean, had towels and little bottles of shower gel and hair shampoo. When we booked our stay there was no availabe option to get a breakfast, but when we arrived there, one of the ladies told us, that there is no problem and that they can provide a breakfast next morning, for additional cost. Breakfast was delicious :) Ladies were very helpful and kind. Everything was superb :)

Great location, good value for money, comfy beds and nice enough interior. The best towels, they were very lush!

The manager was very lovely, but there was another women who extremely cold, unwelcoming and rude on our arrival. A real shame as her attitude was the only thing that put a dampener on our stay. Don’t expect to be able to leave your bags without a lot of convincing or check in early.

Very nice boutique hotel, located 5 minutes walking from the beach, with lots of restaurants and coffee shops at a walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay, it definitely worth the money, rooms are clean, quiet area, comfortable bed, friendly staff and for us it was very important that they had parking and we left our car safely.

maybe some curtains instead of rollers would be better

We much appreciated the helpfulness of the manage/owner and her staff. Loved the location, and outlook- surrounded by flowers. Very short walk to get to the centre of Ste Maxime....which was handy.

Getting our cars rear bumper damaged by someone (with no integrity?)....in the hotels carpark.

Good location, own parking places.

Room looks into the yard, where people eat breakfast. First time someone makes reservation for amount bigger than the whole booking with explanation that you may make other expenses and they need to be secured, although it is never mentioned nowhere.

The towels and secure parking. It was comfortable and secure and within easy access of the seafront. Staff were very helpful online.

A mini bar was mentioned but not available. We didn't see any staff.

Staff extremely friendly, confortable bed,spacious room and excellent shower. Parking space was a plus. I strongly recommend it :0)

Staff were very helpful to accommodate when I had a problem with my room booking. They were very friendly and welcoming and the room had a great ocean view!
