The location was outstanding and the kerbside appeal on arrival was stunning. The staff made check-in very straightforward and fast, and the rooms had delightful decor and pleasant outlooks. The shower was exceptional, and room cleanliness was exceptional. The hotel bar and restaurant were spacious and again featured stylish decor. Everything in the town was close by and accessible.

The bathroom was very small. There was no elevator (lift) to the guest-room floors. The air-conditioning in my room was just average and could have been better.

This place had positive welcoming vibes with all the windows and doors open to the street. The interiors had ambience and the sage green is very calming. Petit dejeuner is typical of French offerings. This has a front restaurant and drinking area just outside the property and all areas were lovely (we dined at all). Bed was very comfy. The shower was divine! As it is right on the beach and shopping the cost is reflective of this. So much activity overnight with market and music down the street. Parking with electric car charging stations a couple of streets back.

Right in the heart of Sainte-Máxime, a short walk away from all the shops and restaurants. The hotel is a visual delight, with big comfortable rooms, simple decor and beautiful views. I loved everything about this place

The only negative I can call out - there’s no lifts, and carrying heavy luggage up the windy stairs was a small endurance test, but more than manageable.

Location in the heart of a beautiful town, & staff & comfortable bed & quiet.

The toilet was set too high off of the floor (& I am tall!!!) & no basic kettle facility for tea or coffee. Some attempt at renovation but it was in contrast to other bits that looked quite average. The restaurant area looked great & made a wonderful 1st appearance…but we spent our time in our room which was fine re; comfort & quietness & we were mainly out & about - so all good!

We loved our 2 nights stay at hotel Les palmiers! The best location and a highlight of our 4 months travelling. The room and building were all clean and of a high standard. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to relax and unwind.

Check in was 4pm and check out 11am. Staff tried to open our door at 9am to clean our room, luckily I had it deadlocked so they couldn’t get in. Better communication between front desk and the cleaners might be useful as this would really annoy some people!

Everything’s perfect! The room and facilities, internet speed, AC; the breakfast! as a coffee expert, i can rate the coffee quality as 10 Stars at this hotel! The location is exactly where you need your be at Sainte-Maxime. Nearby all attractions restaurants & coffeeshops, Cinema and most important you cross the street and you’re on the Port, where you can get transportation to Saint Tropez. Bus stations are available too.

Great location, right in the town near dozens of restaurants, bakeries and 5 mins walk to the beach and to the ferry for Saint Tropez. Spacious room and friendly staff who were extremely helpful and clean room.

The room was nice enough and in keeping with the hotels charm, but maybe in need of a refurb at some point.

Great location, clean room. Fine breakfast. Haven’t tried their dinner. They provide iron and iron board. Only on Tuesdays there is music downstairs so I haven’t experienced any problem during the rest of the days with noise as other people were complaining about in reviews.

No kettle in the room. Could be of use for people like me who drink tea in med purpose. I had to come down for hot water every time. Stuff is not always at reception so sometimes you have to wait for them which is a problem if you are in a rush. They are not always happiest to serve you at least I haven’t seen that warm, full of hospitality smile much. Only a girl who checked me in was on that level.

The location for a start then the foyer and the receptionist was s so friendly. We had a quiet room at the back of the hotel and a nice powerful shower. We had dinner right outside which we never generally do but it was packed up with happy people eating lovely smelling food. So we luckily got a table. My husband had what I would say was the nicest chicken stir fry ...wok du poulet and I had salmon dish which was lovely but I didn't realize it came with toast but it was my fault I ordered it ...still I went away happy as the salmon and the sauce was delicous. Fred the waitress who is more like a family member there at the hotel she told us it is family run for years and you can tell they all work well together. Stayed two nights as we were heading off to San Remo. Would recommend the hotel highly.

Located near the harbour and town centre, this lovely hotel wa sour stay for 2 nights. The room was relatively small but comfortable, with a compact en suite bathroom. We had a balcony with views out towards the harbour. We didn't have breakfast there but it looked good. Staff were friendly and helpful.
