The location is wonderful and the overall property is very nice. We had a room with sea view and it did not disappoint (it is a block from the sea, but you have a clear view of the water). The room was a bit smaller than I expected, but in line with most EU hotels. Hotel staff was very welcoming and the public areas are beautiful. Ferry to St Tropez (or downtown St Maxime) is only a 15 minute walk along the sea.

Our room was on a mid floor (walk up or down from another floor), so the elevators were of minimal use. Most rooms are on a floor serviced by the elevator. The room I had was quite small, but not totally unexpected in Europe.

When I called the hotel for the first time, the lady from the reception answered saying “wait, i have someone else there…” I was very surprised by this “answer”. I was waiting and she discussed with some other client. I think that once you picked up the phone , you are obliged to be polite and continue the conversation. It was the first time someone from the hotel spoke to me this way, and if not the fact that I already book the room, I would probably cancel the payment.

The outside decor, the garden and the rooms were all beautiful, particularly the lighting fixtures and the bathroom. Glad to see a hotel that provides robes and slippers. The chairs in the rooms were a lovely touch and the complimentary toiletries were exactly what you need - if not more. A perfect stay and very comfortable bed. Would book again if I travel to this destination.

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff. Though part of a hotel chain it still has a personal vibe with nice decoration. Sea view rooms on the 3rd floor are amazing with private balcony but hill side room also nice and quite big. Location is very good, close to restaurants and shops but just outside the noisy area. Parking facility is also good but limited so book your spot ahead!

The location was perfect and the staff were welcoming. The pool area was cozy and the lounge area next to it was very nice. The room was perfect and we were lucky enough to get at terrace aswell. Not very far from the city or the beach.

A bit expensive, but you got a lot for your money.

Although I had booked a room with sea view the trees did not allowed us to have the promised view. We were dissapointed.The landlord said that the rooms with sea view from the second floor are already occupied by other guests and he excused for that, but in exchange he offered us free breakfast for the entire stay. The dinner menu could be improved in terms of choices.

Good hotel, nice location, walking distance to down town. Hotel has own parking area with secured gate. We had a sea view room, with balcony with relaxing chairs. Very nice. The staff was very friendly. Very nice garden with comfortable furniture.

The bathroom shower cabin was full of black mildew at the joints of tiles etc. We asked to have it cleaned after our first night (we stayed 3 nights), but unfortunately they did not succeed. We received kind apologies and the promise to better.

Loved the suite we stayed in. Very spacious and comfortable.

It was hard to load and unload luggage with only one spot available in front of hotel and it was taken when we arrived. The pillows were uncomfortable as well

Room was very good , swimming pool and garden area excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Spacious, clean rooms. Very clean. Exceptional staff- we had an issue when we left a very valuable item behind and they went above to ensure it was returned to us. Great shared areas. We had the best sleep here compared to other hotels- quite and comfortable bed

Breakfast is expensive but it’s completely comparable to every other hotel we visited in France.
