Location was great for St Maxime. Check in and check out was easy. During reception hours, they were friendly with answering any questions.

Minor issues, but upon check in, the windows were wide open on a 36°C/96°F day, making the room very uncomfortable for the first few hours. They had an over the room AC unit/fan that did an adequate job. Also, very few outlets available. We had one by the bed and one positioned higher for the tv. Walls were thin, so you heard everything that was going on outside of the room. To be expected for an older building.

The breakfast, probably it’s just the French style - they just give you big croissants and some pastries, juice and “do it yourself” coffee, some jams and Nutella - no ham or cheese or anything. Breakfast is for 10€ per person. They only have 5 parking spots, but I understand they can’t do anything about it.

It is very close to the bus stop, restaurants, shopping center and the beach. There is good bakery at the street corner with delicious sandwiches, pastries and coffee for less money. There is also a supermarket a few steps away. The area is so quiet. Hotel body wash and soap were so fragrant, got fresh towels and the bed linens fixed everyday

The mattress was shifty that my husband woke up every time I got up at night which was often. We both hit our shins at the corner of the bed frame. They had winding stairs with small steps to reach 2nd floor. It is a bit scary for people with weak knees like me. My husband had to remind me to walk down slow, stay at the left side and hold on to the balustrade

I liked the location of the hotel, very central to everything including shops, restaurants and the beach, the bed was comfortable and I liked that there was a balcony

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that on the first morning I woke up in the hotel, I told the cleaners they didn't have to clean the room that day but every other day I would put the tag on the door to clean it, they never did, also the view from the balcony was mediocre at best since it was facing another building

Being picky but possibly a mini fridge in the room would’ve made it the perfect stay.

Generally the hotel needs some tlc to bring it upto a good standard as some of the paintwork etc is looking tired.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. We worried that we might miss the check in hours but the reception lady offered clear self check in instructions. We made it on time however and this was not required.

We wished to drink some late evening tea but the only way to boil water was in a microwave. That was strange but it worked.

It is a small hotel,we had a 3bed room with a big terrace.The staff is friendly,the location is perfect,very close to the beach and to bus stop to St.tropez.Clean room,we would come again😊Thanks😊

Very friendly owners, easy check-in, great location close to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Very good French breakfast with huge croissants and plenty of coffee.

Quite "acoustic" rooms so that you hear your neighbors.

I was there to run a marathon the staff extended the check out time as I needed to return to the room and shower and pack at no extra cost. U had six hours extension no extra cost. Great host
