Nice and clean …. Good location. Cute small bar at reasonable prices

As per their website (´private parking is available but must be requested’)…. We did just that. No reply so we assumed it was registered. We arrived on a very busy evening - parking full! ‘You requested but I didn’t reply because we were full..’ was the owners terrible excuse.. ! WHAT?! Proper customer service is about communicating … you TELL the person if there is a problem. Luckily we found street parking (not private or secure) or we would have been extremely annoyed as parking was a major selling point of the place for us.

The staff was very friendly, and kind. They were really giving the best (personal) service possible. The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious and well decorated. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic, with all good and fresh food. Recommended to reserve a parking space as parking in the city is nearly impossible.

All was very good! Just a remark that there is no elevator so keep in mind that you have to climb 1 or 2 stairs.

Beautiful room overlooking St. Maxime and the sea. French doors, with a balcony, you could see and hear the church bells in the morning. Very special.

Booking.com was not clear about the room we would get so at first we had a ground floor room that was not great at all. Luckily the owner helped us out and gave us a better room on the top floor with a view and a balcony. It was so much better. I don't think the photos accurately described/showed the room we first got assigned.

Rooms are beautifully decorated. Comfortable bed. 5 mins walk to the port where you can take the ferry to Saint Tropez. Many restaurants nearby. Secured car park. A hidden gem.

Difficult to find as it is hidden in a small road behind a pizzeria. Suggest owner to send driving instruction with a simple map showing the exact location by email to guests.

Very good location, only 2 minutes walk from the bus stop that goes to St. Tropez and Saint-Rafaël, and 3 minutes walk to the beach or piers. Also directly adjacent to the restaurants and shopping street. Despite the central location, the room was quiet. Nice view out of the balcony. Friendly hostess.

The reception is closed between noon and 4pm, so leaving your bags behind before check-in or after check-out can be complicated.

Royal feeling for sure, attention to details, quality stay, definitely for those who appreciate quality. I wish I can return to stay there again. We haven't been treated so special anywhere else, I can't recommend enough this hotel, great high ceiling room, we were 3 people, had a nice terrace, nice bathroom, small fridge, quality sheets and bed, very quiet, excellent breakfast in an exquisite garden, private gated car garage. There wasn't anything we didn't like, we had heavy luggages and someone helped us carrying them both ways as there is no elevator.

The hotel is super convenient. Has everything you will need. The people is super kind and helpful. Everything was super clean. I loved the details/decoration in the room and in the hotel in general. It was more than I expected. The breakfast is expensive however it was really good.

There is not elevator which can be a constraint. The bed sheets have good quality, however the mattress was not as comfortable as it could be.

Location , friendly staff , very courteous and helpful

One of the room didn’t have air conditioning. Staff did everything they can and provided portable air conditioner. Even though it did not work , their willingness to help and be very courteous is very rare to see . They provided free garage and breakfast for 2 member to compensate. We are very pleased with the service

Bon Repos is one of those hotels you want to keep coming back to … year after year. Virginie, the owner, has put her heart and soul and design flare into creating what could easily be a home away from home. Virginie proudly showed us to our room and claimed that she oversaw every square centimeter of the development of the hotel. It is beautifully furnished and adorned. Virginie speaks perfect English and was able to help us fully enjoy our stay in Sainte-Maxime. Despite being near the village center, the rooms were quiet and we slept with the windows open. Parking was easy and secure.

There is no elevator ... wasn't a problem for us but some might struggle to climb the stairs with heavy bags.

The room was really Beautiful with a lot of aesthetic taste and really well equiped, with a speachless view son Saint Tropez. The quality- price ratio is super and the location really strategic to visti all the most Beautiful place in Costa Azzurra
