The Hotel looks very nice from outside and inside is even better. The wood deco is fantastic! It has everything even table games to play with family/friends. The breakfast is very nice with salty and sweet homemade food, fruit, very complete. The staff is friendly and the views breathtaking. The reception opens for booking in at 3pm, it has WiFi, a pizzeria and a Crêperie is very near (1 or 2 min walking distance), and the cabins to get up the snow to ski are just oposite the hotel.

The hotel was lovely, i m not even going to mention the location. It was pretty much the best choice we could have made. Lovely breakfast too. Board games downstairs made the evenings a tad more fun.

There was nothing particular but if we actually need to bring something up, dont fall for the sign at breakfast that says 5 minutes for boiled eggs, make it 11 better yet 12-13…

The steep staircase to enter the hotel feels a bit dangerous, particularly when wearing ski boots; skis are stored in an external room, separately from the boots. That room needs to be locked and keys must be returned inside the hotel, which makes the whole thing a bit annoying - although not a major problem

This was our second stay at Alp'Azur. As previously, the staff were extremely attentive to our requests, helpful and warm. Breakfast was a wonderful selection of continental breakfast foods and the location couldn't have been better for foods and ski rentals.

No complaints about our stay.

The location was excellent and the staff very kind and forthcoming. Our room was very spacious and had plenty of room for storing clothes, luggages etc. The owner also allowed our dog in the rooms, though they seem to have had lots of bad experience with allowing pets of careless owners. We also highly appreciated the extra room with heating for the skiboots, which allwed boots to dry over night. There is also a separate location to store skiis and snowboards with plenty of space per room. Breakfast was plenty, but mostly carbs as options. Some tomatoes, cucumber and paprika would be a nice addition, but what is offered is of quality and delicious.

Our cupboard in the main room smelled like sewage when left closed, probably due to proximity to the toilets. Still rather unpleasent, but after leaving door open and ventilating regularly it was ok. The lights in the toilet had a life on their own, it worked when it wanted.

Very close to bucket lift. View from balcony was great. Close to restaurants.

Before the stay we didn't receive any responses to our many instant messages or emails asking for help with questions we had. Quite annoying!

Location is Excellent, at 15 meters from the intra city "ski lifts" allowing to have easy access to Ski slopes. View from hotel is great, Junior suite does not have much view, but is very spacious. I recommend.

Location of the hotel is 10/10. Easy access to ski hire (next door if wanted). Lift is directly opposite the hotel. Hôtel is in the village so restaurants and facilities on the doorstep.

Breakfast is fine but really basic. Nothing hot bar a boiled egg. Probably could be improved but wouldn’t stop me returning.

Beds were comfortable, the hotel was clean and the breakfast was really good. The location is also very convenient both to ski and go around the town and the staff is very helpful.

The 'view' when selecting 'with a view' is more on the hotel next door than on the mountains, the hotel doesn't have good sound insulation (combined with loud guests at 2am in the roomS around, this didn't help). It was also not easy for me to sit on the toilet as my knees were touching the wall (I'm not that tall).

Staff were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond. The hotel was well situated within the town in order to go skiing, ticked all the boxes I had for the trip.
