I most liked the receptionist- outstanding! He called F1 in Gap to asked for me do they have a/c. , he also helped to install wi-fi on my PC ( something didn't work out) . I love the wallpaper!

Very hard to find a place if you come night. look for big red Ibis sign BUT drive to the right. At the first we went to Ibis yard driving after some car! Fortunately going out the door opens automatically. F1 should really invest in some normal size sign. Also Sygic navigation doesn't show properly the entrance.

It was cheap and you got exactly what was advertised. Our 2-year old stayed with us in a double bed, and it wasn’t an issue.

The surrounding area was a bit dull. There was some fluff in the bed, and the showers were those where you have to keep pushing a button for the water to keep running - a little annoying when you have long thick hair to wash.

Cheap accommodation with okay facilities. Good location close to supermarkets and food shops

Shower kept turning off every 10 seconds and the shower head/hose was broken which made it quite hard for a shower in the morning

The share toilet and shower were so clean and it close to the tram station (just 4 mins walk). The staff also super friendly and the room is clean.

The room is a bit smelly so we have to open the window, but it’s not too bad, still bearable.

It is very simple but functional

People being noisy a given moment. I know it's not the hotel's fault but maybe there is a way to explain to the guests that after midnight maybe better not shouting at each other? I also liked the breakfast

Simple hotel with "cool" style - feel of "new". Staff was nice and helpful. Room with personal bathroom was cleaned everyday. It is perfect if you look for a place just to sleep near the campus (as room are quite small). Good quality/price

Water of shower was either very hot or cold (but okay). Shame there are very little option of restaurant for dinner.

Hotel was very quiet, so easy to relax and sleep. You can change the room temperature to suit you. A good amount of shared toilet and shower cubicles, which were almost always empty anyway. Check in was easy as you can use the machine outside the hotel door and it provides you with the keycode for your room. A good location; one tram stop away from the university train station.

No hand soap provided whatsoever at the bedroom sink/toilet cubicles. Cleanliness could be slightly better- the bedroom and toilet/shower cubicles could do with a wipe down to get rid of dust/marks. On the second night the keycode to my room changed so I had to re-check-in using the machine outside, which gave me a new code (so just beware of this). But it remained the same number on the 3rd night.

The room was simple and clean. Very good for its price. The staff was helpful.

The room was very small with no table. There was some noise from the community bathrooms.

There are no restaurants near to the hotel. In this case it will be better if they provide lunch and dinner. Breakfast was provide.

the gentlemen at the reception was super friendly and helpful. he was attentive and kind to all customers and I feel that this sort of kindness from staff stays as a wonderful memory and I will gladly return . location was superb, room size great, everything to my liking.
