We had a wonderful stay in the heart of Grenoble. The hotel staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a variety of options with plenty of fresh local products. We also appreciated the convenience of the private covered car park (available for an additional €18) located at less than five minutes walking from the hotel, which made our stay even more comfortable. Communication with the staff was easy and pleasant throughout. Our room featured a small balcony overlooking one of Grenoble’s central squares .

Rooms were clean to a good standard, though there is still some room for improvement.

Excellent location, good parking arrangements and good breakfast.

Access to the 5th floor is by steps after reaching the 4th floor using the lift. The air conditioning was wholly inadequate (5th floor family room), fortunately, we visited at the end of May when at nighttime it is still fresh, so we opened the window and the room was both ventilated and cooled. The bathroom/toilet ventilation is also inadequate, staff probably recognise that and have added a wall-mounted freshener in the toilet but it ran out during our one-night stay. That doesn't address the bathroom ventilation but opening the (small) window in the main room addresses that to an extent.

The location is very central, the city attractions can be easily reached by walking or with public transport, we got a room with a great view of the park and mountains. We had an issue in the room with the conditioning air equipment but the staff were very friendly and very helpful - changed our room. Good breakfast and nice atmosphere, good guidance for car parking in a neighboring public parking area we got a good discount for the related fee.

The Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very central and close to all public transport with a great view of all the mountains and town.

I was told i needed to close my window and couldnt have it open, i wasnt allowed the choice between air conditioning and fresh air through the window. as i was working from my room i liked the fact that i could open the window and see the world below me.

The hotel offered an excellent room rate - so we picked it as it looked like a good deal. It was an easy walk from the SNCF station. The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful on our arrival. Our room had a beautiful view over the park. The bathrooms were recently renovated. The room was clean and quiet. Great breakfast and helpful staff on duty in the morning also.

Okay parts of the hotel could do with an update, room furniture is dated. The room was clean though and the view made up for any lack of modernization for the price - excellent value.

I had the best stay ever and would definitely return on my next trip to Grenoble! The hotel is very centrally located with all the attractions within walking distance. The sound proofing was in my hotel room was amazing too, and the air conditioning was a life saver during the heatwave. The staff, especially Soon, are so warm hearted and kind, making my trip to Grenoble so much more memorable. They were incredibly helpful with arranging taxis (as I don't speak much French) and helping me with directions, so massive thanks to everyone for their help! I highly recommend this hotel!

Location great shower staff were very lovely

The beds have plastic mattress protection and this made sleeping very hot in deed .. just getting a hot cup of tea suitable for English taste was impossible and the latte was undrinkable and it took forever We had asked if possible could we have a room with a view which we got but were unaware of the supplement when I asked this question

This was our 3rd stay there. The rooms are clean and average size but enough room to stay comfortably. The staff is fantastic. The lady from Thailand at the front desk made the experience great. We had a small issue but the night desk man Matthew I believe fixed it immediately. Location is great and discounted parking nearby.

Great property, old and total feeling to it. Great view from the window, great location and generally great impression. Helped me solve parking and other travel questions. Free tea and fruit water was a cherry on the cake.

The facilities are a little outdated that’s why I put 9/10. Also would live a mini fridge in the room.

The location was perfect, great view of the plaza from our balcony and steps away from the tram which was very important to us.

The room and bathroom had a mild odor. It is an old building with old carpets and old bathrooms, so it could be from age. Otherwise the amenities were good, the hotel just needs a little updating starting with carpets.
